Much like Ted Ka-czynski did. Any suggestions on the cheapest place to live and other tips on doing so?

If you make it 12' wide, it can be moved fairly easily if necessary.

So is Spain & Portugal. Problem is things get more and more unstable. If you want it dirt cheap and really quiet you can also get something near the Chernobyl Death Zone. But even there is tourism, sort of.
