Want bitcoin loans? You're in the right place.

I can currently offer loans of up to 30 btc. This amount is projected to raise as I slowly transfer more and more of my funds into bitcoin and bitcoin-denominated holdings.

I am happy to loan out to people who are new and even straight out of newbie, but this is on a case by case basis. If you have 10 posts, registered 1 hour 16 minutes ago, sends me a short loan request without any explanation or verification I won't issue the loan. If you have a specific, low-risk reason for wanting a loan, and you show evidence you will be able to pay it back in the worse case scenario, you'll get a loan with low and fair interest  :)

What information I need

1) Government issued identification. Photo ID, passport, etc. This information will be kept safe.
2) Social networking accounts. Facebook, Twitter, Google+. I'm sure you have an account on one of those sites, even if you don't use it much.
3) How you will expect to pay back the loan, and what do you need the loan for.
4) A picture of you and your bitcointalk username. This is required so people can't claim "someone pretended to be me and got a loan!"
5) Anything you think will help your loan. For example, if you run any websites, if you are an ebay powerseller or that.

General interest rates
1% daily for the first week
0.39% daily after the first week
+ 0.1 btc

All non-compound!

Borrowing OVER 10 bitcoins? You will get a lower rate. But no, crossing over that line won't magically mean you pay less interest, you get a better rate :)

For people I trust I do much lower rates - 16% APR for example. But I'll need to really trust you for that!

Late Fees
First of all, we can work something out before if something unexpected happens. But otherwise, the late fee is 1% daily.

I knew a loan request was coming from OrangeVonPurple after a reading a few of his posts. That's why I listed him in the suspected scammer thread even before he made this loan request. Hopefully he'll prove me wrong.

I would, however, really be interested to know which posts led you to that thought. I really dig this community and the last thing I want is to do anything at all that would lead people to an incorrect conclusion.

It tells me he was last online today, just haven't being active on the forums through. Kinda odd and is one of the traits of a scammer.

He wasn't active on facebook/twitter/steam/xbox live either for the past few days. His steam account was from 2010, and twitter is from 2008 so I still don't think he's scamming me (yet).

Alright, well I'll set his status back to "Pending" then.  When is the payback due date?  I'll revisit it then, if you don't mind me poking my head in here. If not, I'll just keep to myself.
