Paypal is not likely to be accepted at any exchange for the reasons stated here:

I do wish there was another solid competitor to mtgox.

Wouldn't use a paypal service anyhow, don't care for people monitoring and controlling my money how ever they see fit.

It is prohibited by PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy (IMHO, a flawed policy).
