Title: Have $23.50 paypal trying to convert to btc.

I understand paypal is reversible, what other "method can i do" with no card.
If i had a card I wouldn't need this done i would just deposit on circle.

you have neg trust, i doubt anyone would deal with you.

im not sure if virwox.com will accept your paypal balance since it looks like your paypal account isn't verified but it is worth a shot :)

If you want to send me PayPal and then wait 190 days so you can't chargeback I will deal with you.  Otherwise selling btc for PayPal is too risky

You can try with Virwox, i always use it with paypal, but of course depends by your PP conditions (verified or not)
I'm verified on both platform so no problems.

I thought if you sent as family/friends. It can't be reversed period with a balance?

Nothing like this. Buyer can still file unauthorized transaction claim & 99.99% of the time he'll win as selling BTC for PayPal does not come under seller's protection programme.

Nothing like this. Buyer can still file unauthorized transaction claim & 99.99% of the time he'll win as selling BTC for PayPal does not come under seller's protection programme.
