Title: Lite coin solo mining help
Post by: crazyearner on December 13, 2012, 03:07:42 AM
I have set everything for setting up solo for lite coin I have found many blocks but haven't been paid to my ltc wallet.

How long does this normally take as it saying found blocks however still not getting paid in it and am currently using cgminer and i understand it has to be confirmed so many times but still nothing paid.

Is their a way to see what ltc address gets paid as everything is set to solo mine on local host etc

A found block would show almost immediately in your client as (unconfirmed) with "N/A" in the address line, then 120 confirmations later, would be available for spending. If they aren't showing up, you probably didn't find a block.

When did you find all these blocks? With current difficulty (~42.x), solo mined blocks are hard to come by without some fairly serious hashrate.

You might want to buy some lottery tickets.  You also may run into a few who ask for proof because the chances of that are very slim.  At 300 kh/s u could easily go weeks or months without seeing anything.

Good idea! However, since my post, the difficulty cut nearly in half, and 3hrs or so from now will nearly double back up. So luck may drop off... Regardless, 4 in a few days is nice!
