Paypal is reversible so better look for another way to buy Bitcoins. If you have successful trade's here, there maybe a chance for you to buy Bitcoins using Paypal but since you are still newbie, you can't.

Pre-paid cards may be acquired through illegal sources like carding. You have 0 rep here so I would assume that no one would trust you.

Fully understanding that, but no rep doesn't means everyone's scam or moron.
