Signature campaigns consider the posts made after you enroll in the their campaign. So, you can make quality posts yourself once you register in any campaign. Regarding the signature, I do not own the account. I do not have any alts here actually. This account was given to me as a collateral. Also, the account did post an address but I cannot sign the message because I do not own the address. True. Such type of accounts need some work to be done on them to increase quality of post And not every sig campaign will reject you.
