1. The site is a simple duplicate some (kids) created to earn some money and it's going to collapse some time soon. 2. The site is made from the hashocean owners and hashocean is scamming soon and bitsrapid is their new try to make some money. The first one is more likely to me because the earning stats are missing and the payment script is different then on hashocean so it seems they had to develop a new script. You first invested your hard earned money and then they where gone. Over as many thought. Now they are back and you can get your so long lost money back by investing more money (Well in reality they get even more money from you until you reach ROI which certanly only a few will accomplish.).
