Title: Buying Bitcoin using Visa/Paypal ?
Post by: OmegaStarScream on January 06, 2016, 09:23:33 AM
I have my Visa card linked to my paypal , so I can either use Paypal & use the Visa linked to it (since  I don't have funds in paypal) or I can use directly the visa card .

I want to know which services offer buying using Paypal or Visa card (with lowest fees possible) , I was going to use Virwox.com but we all know how things are with the fees there ...

P.S : I prefer services that don't ask for information's (e.g passport , ID , residence etc ..)

Yea...virwox fees are ridiculous.

Have you tried skrill/moneybookers? Could deposit with Visa there and then trade for Bitcoin. Gonna be tough to buy BTC with Visa/pp without paying a bit of a premium.

Deposit to Skrill using my Visa card then trade for Bitcoin where exactly ? Virwox.com ? It's the same fees :

is this visa connected to a bank account like, the visa from deutesche bank?

if yes you can simply do a sepa to an exchange like kraken, which do not require any ID, and buy your coins

this is what i'm always doing to buy bitcoin, it work perfectly, time frame is usually in the same day, if you do it in the morning

OR

May be try Payza. They're having payza ◄► BTC exchange itself (i think their fees was low).

I ve used Cex before, great service. You do need to have a 3D protected card but most normal banks provide these cards. Let us know how it went.
Btw, there s no credit card without a bank account linked to it. U need to fund that card somehow.

Are we speaking about CEX.IO ? If yes then do they need information's about my whole life or not ?(I mean ID , passport or anything related to my real life)

Nope! I think they won't accept the card which is not belongs to any bank account. Because, I've tried to link my bit-x card and they denied mine. Sorry, may be you can personally check whether they accepting now or not.

AFAIK, cex needs a photocopy of you holding that card and you national ID card for verification.

If you can go through verification, then I would like to advice you to check out coinbase, the best service to buy Bitcoins using your credit/debit card...

Consdering the risks involved, it's going to be tough to find anyone who'll sell to anyone via those methods without having everything verified. Bittylicious.com were selling in Euros with cards but I imagine they'd be just as uptight as anyone else.

I found an alternative way , it's not the best probably but that should do the job .
I will simply deposit using my Visa debit card (E-coin) into Neteller then trade my Neteller funds to Bitcoin and that's it . (Neteller only take like 1.9% fees so it's not that much comparing to virwox.com) and they don't take fees at all Neteller to Neteller transfers.

Though Netteller charges less than virwox but you must verify your identity there also.

Yes Indeed , however I have already an account and honestly this happened before I started to care about my privacy . Neteller and payoneer are probably the only companies that have my real information's .

Do you trade Neteller to Bitcoin with some built-in feature or you find someone to do the trade?

There is BTC to Neteller available on Neteller itself , however for trading Neteller to BTC you will have to do it with someone since there is no features for that . It's not a problem though since Neteller is a famous and known payment method that most of people use .

Photo of you holding the card and your ID. They guys are real company, if u re going to give someone your CC number, make sure there s a real firm behind it and this firm MUST be registered somewhere where financial fraud s punishable. So, EU, US, Canada, something like that.

Payza also let s u deposit via debit card and withdraw BTC. I think the fee is 4%. However, you cant use your credit card, due to charge back issues, only debit card.
