I attempted to pay back late but Acehood never got back to me to let me know if that address was still valid.

Nevertheless you'll have to resolve that, with proof, before you're likely to get a loan here.  Too much scumbaggery going around these days to take chances.  Especially with your loan request being no-collateral.  You might want to reconsider that part.

This is a easy and straight opportunity in my eyes to get 0.01 in 1 month free. But the problem is I do not have any spare funds now, really feeling like missed opportunity. I hope someone helps you though with this.

After the proofs showed by QuickSilver, I don't think I'll lend you the money. He posted a repayment address the following day after you requested it, you could pay it without any problem. However, if you give a collateral, I'll accept your loan request.

He did not default of a .01 loan from acehood, he actually paid that one back. After that repayment, he took out another .02 loan from acehood (later in the thread) that he did not repay. So the total amount scammed is .02

I think it's unfair to day I defaulted on that 1 loan because I made multiple attempts to pay him back but was not able to get a hold of him. I'm pissed that your ruining my account over one incident that happened over a year ago. I'll admit that I shouldn't have been late in paying it back but I learned from that one incident and in every future loan I asked for more time than what I needed just so that same thing wouldn't happen again.

You guys really suck.

Look, if you knew the whole story you would think otherwise. I made MULTIPLE attempts to pay him back. Admittedly I probably should have communicated with him through this through this thread and not just through all the PMs I sent him because if I did that none of this would even be happening right now.

Yeah I think that's kind of ridiculous that they marked you for just asking for a loan without collateral.

Maybe that's because the user in question has a habit of defaulting on such loans.

You really should have read the stickies in the section. They told you exactly what would happen, and that happened.

Show us more than your cover, and when you have contributed without asking for loans again, I will reconsider the negative (the same goes for Vod AFAIK).

Exactly, you were given red trust not because you scammed, you made a request without sufficient collateral backing up your loan. If people weren't given negative trust for continuously asking no logic no-collaterals loans like yourself with no reputation, no standing, or positive feedback, everyone would be justified in asking for ridiculous loan requests.

This is your fault. You were given a loan and accepted the term and conditions. If you resolve the issue, your account wouldn't be negative but your lack of effort and the default of the .02 makes you deserve the issue.

Why don't you clear up the issue and make amends. Sure, no one will lend you money ever again but at least you have a neutral account right?

Im new here in forum and my first  loan was from erkallys, and when i cant pay him i didnt scam him he say he wants my account and i give it without a question.
At first i dont know that my account has worth, so now i created a new one i dont want my name has RED below that i have scam anyone which i dont It makes me feel bad.

Duomo I've done everything in my power to resolve the issue. I even kept my eyes out for Acehood outside of the forum in hopes of running into him just so I could make things right. Like I said earlier I made multiple attempts to contact him I even went as far as checking on his profile every once in a while just to see if there was any activity on his  account but there never was... he went completely AWOL. I think I saw him at the poker tables before so I was hoping I would see him again sometime but that never happened. I didn't want to send the BTC to an address that might not have been good anymore .I don't really know what else I can do to clear this up I've honestly done everything in my power and then some to make things right.
