I am not using adsense.This site doesn't get much traffic but it is seo ready and hopefully will get good traffic from Google if keep updated regularly.It has over 4000 + wallpapers and when all images are indexed,it can bring lots of visitors

One single domain probably won't attract potential buyers! But I doubt how you will transfer the ownership of the host to the new owner? Since I know the owner can easily get back the host!

Once I change login email from mine to of buyer, there's no way I can get back hosting.You need pin to change password or login information and the pin is sent to email set for it.Once email is set,it cant be changed without pin
