I am not try to ask someone to trade with me here(but if anyone is happy to do so can PM me too), but I want to know where have the best rate to exchange PP to BTC. I did have a look in both virwox and localbitcoins, however, the rate is terrible / the fees are huge. Although I am not going to exchange much but still pain. I'm sorry but you are a newbie and I doubt anyone will trade with you if you use paypal. Better use exchanges like virwox and localbitcoins.
