Coinbase introducing mobile bitcoin price alerts
The bitcoin trade platform Coinbase now allows users to set mobile alerts that would let them know when the price of the cryptocurrency reaches a given level.

This is a great news having alerts with you in mobile rather than having a web plugin to notify or getting emails. But as far as i know to reach this feature we should be registered in coinbase right?

Great function for daily traders when they are distracted to other things. Although Coinbase's policies are a bit strict and get complained by many users, its excellent services still attract many users.

It's cool that they are introducing this feature, but there are some apps that do exactly the same since a long time. It's basically nothing new.

It's not just that, this is offered especially for coinbase users, so if you exchange bitcoin there this is a good option, if you read the article you can see that you can sell or buy bitcoins from the lock screen (iOS) when you get a price alert.

This is great!  Coinbase has been impressing the heck out of me.  This will be very helpful especially with this volatility.

This can be done using the bitcoin kan app if you have an account. They have it on the list of bitcoin tickers and you can set it as alert if it goes above or below a certain price that you are looking to buy or sell at. Very useful thing for the ones who are constantly looking at the prices like me  :D
