Title: Earn btc using a bitcoin search engine no referrals
Post by: bitcoinpete on January 21, 2016, 11:20:18 AM
I found this pretty cool site where you can search and earn satoshis, also you can add your own links and sites that you use to help increase the directory, I recommend you guys go and check out this site

http://startplane.com/ (http://startplane.com/)

Its not my site I just found it a few days and thought this would be a perfect place to share it with you.

I have done one search and got me 16 bits good way to start as it is captcha free but there is one reply from this thread that it is not a paying site, which is unfortunate since it is just a new site and the concept is very good a brand new way to generate satoshis without those annoying captchas

Minimum balance of 80 bits needed for withdrawl. Try searching to earn some more bits!
Did you get the 80bits before asking for withdraw?

Question is: does this site is good enough to be used as primary search engine? I would rather use some powerful tool like google to search my stuff than earn few cents.
But I can't deny - it is a cool idea. I will test it for fun and to propagate bitcoin projects. This approach is definitely better than faucets.

These days its very suspicious to open any links posted on the website which people are not familiar with.I opened the website and it seems much more suspicious, there is nothing much on the website actually.Since I have opened it anyway..changing the password of my bitcointalk account..

Seems fake cuz I was stuck @ 23.85 bits after several searches. I think should remove the link in his post now and request for a deletion of this thread. Nice idea but fake as fuck ;D

It is a nice project idea, but the site is very low for me, the search results are really bad (the site developers should consider to integrate Google or Bing search results) and the reward for searching is not really attractive.

Maybe there is certain maximum of searches you can make per time period. Its the first thing that crossed my mind.
Did you check if they have that information in their FAQ?

Minimum balance of 80 bits needed for withdrawl. Try searching to earn some more bits!
Did you get the 80bits before asking for withdraw?

I tried two times, once it was 102 bits and another time it was about 90 bits !

I do not see where owner earnings.

I do not see where owner earnings.
to view the earnings, click on top left corner of the page which displays bits earned

i got nothing on left corner. Now when open page, i have on right corner earned 260bits... i make request for withdraw, and we'll see whether it gets green trust.
interesting, after withdraw request and next search i have 130bits earned..

I like the concept actually and reward get halved every next time you search this will prevent them from being bankrupt by bots. It is nice concept and its seems they got lots of sites inrested to get indexed.  ;)

Search till i get 30 bits.

If your claim is true then it means they are not paying, I could not see the withdraw link on the website also.

when you earn more than 80bits, you'll have captcha, and after solved captcha you have address field for withdraw.
also, now every time when visit again this iste i have highest earned balance, without any search. It seems that it is too easy to just falling coins from the sky

Very correct, its more about the concept I dont sit here and spend hours searching words to try and earn more satoshis. But I could see this work very well in the future, In any case I am using this platform to get a few referrals on betcoin poker and it seems to be working. So that being a good tip to afiliate marketers out there.

It doesn't show the relevant search solutions.. It shows something and all which are not required.. Should be more powerfull search engine,, but idea is good. And the main question ,, Is it paying?

I'm stuck at 24.02 bits. I can't get anymore so maybe i'm searching too fast for it. Not sure though. If this site keeps improving it could be a useful site. I'm sure the site makes money when you add a site you can add some bitcoin to increase the ranking of your site in the search. Probably will never be a really reliable search engine with that philosophy, but it makes me a few bitcoins (maybe).

How are they paying? Direct or Faucetbox?

I also had the problem of the searches not increasing.  Maybe I was doing them too fast.  How long do people wait between searches?

I stuck on 47.45 bits, my balance amount isn't increasing, maybe do i need to wait some time? And i would like to know how it pays too, direct to Faucetbox would be nice.

Maybe it is to be used just as a search engine, meaning use it normally when you really need to search something and not search just for the sake of making pennies.

And I think (not sure) that they pay directly when your balance is 80 bits, cmiiw.

Why would anyone do that realistically?  Google is the superior search engine to all.  The only reason to use one of these is to make a few $...

I have made 3 withdrawals from this site, but I really think the best part of startplane is the ability to submit your own links and boost them by sending satoshis to the according adress. Of course remember that you are able to submit any referral link or website that you deem interesting. The more information is submited the better the search results will be.

My balance is zero now and i don't earn anything for searching. For me this really doesn't work. Nobody knows how this site really works. Sometimes you are credited, sometimes not, but why?

What is the max you can earn each X hours?

I have tested this site and it is working perfectly. If you keep on using the same keyword again and again then it won't pay.
So just search using different keywords till the balance does not increase ( I think there is a maximum number of search or bits limit per day ).
