Title: I want to invest ...
Post by: BitBustah on January 29, 2016, 06:11:02 PM
Got an idea for a new website? Don't have the funds?

I'm looking to invest some money (eg for hosting, domain name, ...).

Let me know.

I hope you're not waiting for some users to bring up some random project in front of you and asks you to invest on them. that's just like saying "scam me, please". just invest on gambling sites or altcoins if you're not satisfied with investing in bitcoin.

What would your deal be I had a very good idea about a profitable site which is a crypto currency directory I would be needing at least $5o for a script and now shopping for a good one, will you lend money to who ever you are going to support or will it be some sort of partnership

Yeah like if I'm going to spend my money on the first best idea. I will be doing my research before even considering spending a single dime... well satoshi.

Oh btw.. Investing in gambling sites? Not worth it for small amounts. Altcoins? Speculation is risky.

I was thinking to ask for detailed information.

- Detailed info on costs (like $x for a script, $x for a domain, ...)
- Detailed info on how profits would be made (ads, membership fee, ...)
- Suggestion for me to get some returns from my investment (fi x% return after X days, partnerships with % of the profits, ...)

In short, I'm open for all ideas.

Unless I misunderstand you, you meant to say that you have an idea and you need people to fund it.
If that is right you need to move this thread to project development and explain thoroughly, you might get some people interests.

The new script and everything that comes with it like domain hosting and additional addons will cost around $80 this is a rough estimate I already had one directory but doesn't look good some functionalities that i want are not there I have seen one that is much better than I already have I want a social site attach to it ...

I rather prefer paying you on a fix number of days than percentage as I have some source of income I will be optimizing the directory and would take few weeks or months to do so to attract more subscribers ..

You misunderstood. It's the other way around: I have no ideas and funds to spend.

Personally I recommend you keep the BTC, you will get more return on it in the long run  ::)

But on the off-chance your looking for something more solid from a grounded user, you can always help me build my forum, (link in sig) I constantly run out of money promoting (good ad's cost thousands  :o

you can even set up contacts yourself so you know I am not just bagging the doe.

regards.

You could go to Kyle (The guy who had multiple btc invested in him to make a porn site and also who gambled away all the funds) and invest in KyleMax.

Investing is risky except you know what you are doing. Especially you have no idea yet. Why not keep the bitcoin and wait for the increase of the price before the halving? Probably you will earn more.

Earning some 5% monthly from facebook.com/growurmoney for half a year now. I wouldn't advise diversifaction in such though not to mention I'm not getting referral fees.

Do you have a limit of how much you can invest? Idea is not the problem they are many around but the ability to do each is the first factor that should be considered. Trust is a part of it

I suggest that if you will invest your money on something.
Do it in the most thing that you really like.
And dont just trust someone you really do not know.
I know for sure, that you really have some ideas yourself.
But you just dont have the confident to do it. :P
And if you really do not have some ideas. Just go around the forum,
and you can find your answers. There's really a lot of it.

To be honest ,investing on domain/servers is not really some serious start-up will like to invest on.The first they they will buy is the domain and the servers ,which comes for quite cheap. The main investment part either comes for hiring the programmers or marketing etc.How much is your budget ? Don't invest on the ideas, invest on the product.Make sure the blue print of the model is ready, beta version is ready and the project is not in its very first discussions.Because if the product takes another 6 months to launch ,your investment is of no use as you could have invested the same amount in something else which would have given atleast some returns for the time wasted in 6 months.

If u have a business idea and cannot come up with $200 to finance domain/server expenditures, then u re a lousy businessman. Not a problem to make that kind of money in crypto, it does take a bit of time and work, but very, very possible.

The best investment you could actually do right now is buy Bitcoins. Lots of it. It won't be so cheap forever. Yes, it's still cheap while it values hundreds.

You could short BTC by buying the ownership of specific items in my inventory (http://fs.tbz1.com), then when BTC spot/float price drops (meaning, for example, the USD $10 thing you bought for BTC0.02569 is now floated to BTC0.02702702) and people buy the items, I'd have them pay directly to your address for them (shipping paid to me separately).

You are not interested in making the site CPM or PPC advertising ?
I think this a very good chance, gambling sites spend 1 to 2 BTC every month for advertising
as we know the new gambling sites is always present in this forum they need space advertising
let me know if you are interested and I have a domain that is suitable for that
