I am getting this error since last few minute

Same. Happens everyone once in awhile here though so I'm sure it will go away soon.

I keep getting these too, basically whenever I try to open a new page. Very annoying

Hell, how hard to post if we got again.  anyone know about this problem ? DDOS ? Or the server is over hit :)

it's not a bug, its a feature! Scam protection! anoys the bad guys till they leave. i like it!

IMHO it's a database memory overload... just happened to me

It seems to be a little better now.  It was pretty bad I gave forum a break not much fun surfing with 502 error.   So seems to be better now.

It's been an hour since I am getting this error. I typed the matter of my thread and was about to post in the marketplace but due to this error, I had to retype everything. Now it's working very slow.

Somebody must be on a DDoS-ing spree recently. They are constantly on the verge of compromising certain sites that visitors frequent.

The site whose signature campaign I'm managing is also being DDoS-ed too often nowadays.

Finally! It took me nearly 30 minutes to fully open this page. Is the forum under attack or something?

Yep, had it as well. AFAIK there was no answer from theymos on this. It might be an (server-) ISP problem.

It is not that bad currently. The previous 502 stuff made pages load nearly 5 minutes.

To make sure you are not writing a post for nothing just make sure you copy everything before clicking on post.

It happened to me for a long time during the morning, now the site works fine, but surely tomorrow it will happen again.

It will be a thing of the past, when we get the new Forum............

New forum yet to come after ~3 'extensions' of the deadline. Was that sarcastic irony in that post?

Was getting it a bit yesterday on my cell after typing a story each time. Finally just walked away for a bit and it was fine later.

Is there a thread about the new forum and when its coming?

This 502 problem is not that big a deal, find most sites now suffer from ddos attacks.

I am also getting this same error since yesterday now I thought everything is fine yet like today again it appears every time I browse for posting, another topic to post, refresh. Well they said that this is normal and it does happen as usual. I just relax myself then it goes after a while Just be patience is all I need..

some times it happens when we opened so many tabs in one browser. or when our browser have so many cookies and caches, clear your browser cookies and caches, and try it again. I also faced the same problem on mozilla firefox, then I start using google chrome. and then every thing going good now..

I am not a weirdo noob so i don't open 100 tabs LOL

I have seen constant lag spikes and sometimes 502's last few days.
Something is going on with the servers i think.
