THE GAME HAS ENDED

A new address is being used.
The total amount from the old address has been transferred to this address.

Reason:
I've been using multiple addresses in my default wallet so transactions for the purpose of this game would have been intransparent since the sender can not be set to only one address. I'm using now a new wallet with only one address for the sole purpose of this game.

The transactions recorded from the old address:

(1) + 0.21 from xxx net pay: 0.40
(2) + 0.75 from xxx
(3) + 0.35 from xxx

Game reopened - first payment within 2 hours.

first net payout of 0.40 (0.42 - 0.02 transaction and commission):
xxx

new nominal balance: 0.90

new available balance: 0.89 (retaining 0.01 commission)

left for next payout: 0.61

(Please note, that the balance shown in block explorer may be misleading as some bitcoins are usually sent back to the sender at a new address (not included in the Bitcoin UI), which makes the balance of a single address misleading.)

Current BTC\USD: ~ 28.5 (Mt. Gox @ http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/)

@supercool: Yes that's basically correct. But please: Don't play, if you don't understand the rules! You can loose BTC! BTC lost due to the rules of this game will not be refunded. Please note also: The 1.00 limit was introduced to limit risk. Please use the discussion thread (http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=13574.0), as I want to keep this thread well-arranged.

Nice game, but why do you use the same name as mine? Somewhat confusing, isn't it?

No new input yet... BTC currently trading with moderate volatility

Current BTC\USD: ~ 29.5 (Mt. Gox @ http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/)

@bitcoinlottery: Sorry for using this name as part of my name. Didn't know it was your invention (thought it was a general term for this kind of game) - although I don't find it confusing, as game is described in detail. If there is a new game I will change the name though.

You should rename this to "3rd Double Trouble" so people dont think this came before #2.

 ;)

I have a suggestion for the game:
Please separate the address for the bet and the fee and commission.

The main bitcoin address is for the bet ,the received bet and the double sent, so each one can easy to find the dynamics of the game and the game owner doesn't necessary to write the dynamics with care;

and the other address is to get the fee and commission, so each one send 0.02 to this address after the bet is sent.

No new input yet - Current BTC\USD: ~ 27.0 (Mt. Gox @ http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/)

@supercool: If there are future games I will certainly think over the naming. However I don't want to change it since the game is running now.

@Jimmy2011: This is not a better option, because: (1) A 0.01 fee is charged for every transaction by the system (not by me) - so introducing more transactions - apart from being more effortful to execute & track- would also produce additional costs. (2) It would not improve transparency, since due to how the system works the balance of a single bitcoin address does not necessarily represent the true balance caused by all transactions related to this address, because if coins are sent from this address, there is also a return of coins to a newly generated address of the sender. So regardless of using separate addresses for bet and commission, it is still necessary to provide a self-computed balance for easy overview. The math of the current practice is quity simple - winners get twice their payment minus 0.02 BTC and the available balance is the nominal balance minus 0.01 BTC for every payment made.
