Title: Poloniex froze 13 withdrawals support ticket unanswered for over 12 hours
Post by: goldenboywest on February 08, 2016, 04:46:32 PM
13 withdrawls totaling over 1 btc frozen, this is unacceptable. I recommend caution if you are thinking of depositing and if you are a customer i recommend withdrawing asap.

Check the official topic:

Everything seems fine.

Have you tried to contact any of the moderators?

I have seen at least one every time on the trollbox.

P.S have you confirmed the verification link that you want to withdraw?

Ok appears fixed. There may be a glitch or something if you do too many withdrawals.

And I think this has happened on pretty much all the exchanges.  The problem is that you never know what's going on behind the curtain at these places.  Sometimes withdrawal delays are more than just technical glitches, as we have seen with Mt. Gox and Cryptsy.  So I'm glad this was resolved.
