Buy now. Hold for 10 years.

I'm sorry, no one can predict what the price of bitcoin will be, but you can make a good guess.

The most conservative guess is that bitcoin will always appreciate long term. But the price tomorrow or a week from now, is anyone's guess.

it's safe to buy at todays prices if you are planning to hold your bitcoins for the long term (at least 1-2 years). you will enjoy the price increase throughout the years if you have enough patience to wait that long. for the short term i don't think you as beginner will make much profit. yes for the long term, no for the short term.

Buy now. I suspect it will go over $500 before the year ends. That would be a 20% increase in value.

Don't worry about it possibly fluctuating down again. Sure if you can predict the lowest it will ever fluctuate that would be the best time, but no one can predict that, so don't worry about the short term, look to the long term.

Dabs but still butcoin prices isn't steady and it frequently changes it's as I reply but since I already saw that bitcoin has down to 300$ and for now the last price that I saw was 370$. Is it better for me to buy now while the price is still lower than 400$??

Again, I can NOT predict if it will go down or up in the short term. I bought some at $430 USD last month.

The price changes every second, so, just buy when you can. Don't worry about the price.

I would buy now if I were you , no one can really predict the price 100% since there is many factors involved .
However ... We are getting closer and closer from the Halving block reward so price should logically should increase with time and increase even more when the halving block reward happens (July) so as I said .. I wouldn't take the risk and I would buy right now and HODL !

Anytime is the best time if you're not worrying about price fluctuations every now and then. Other words, you are holding for the long term. If you are a short-term holder and wanting to get profits fast, I can't tell you what price exactly would you buy in to get a hefty profit. No one knows that information, for sure.

today is good enough to buy bitcoin,i believe next month will up again, the best strategy is buy 2 BTC for now, sell 1 BTC one month later, and keep 1 BTC for next month,i think you will make profit.

The only advice i can add to this is that you should only buy what you can afford to lose and not listen to anyone who says it is the greatest time to buy because the halving is coming etc. My personal ways of doing it is to buy small whenever i get spare money that i cant do much else with. It all adds up and the price begins to matter less as it is spare money that has been invested.

currently the price movement looks very slow but i think that it's time to buy and hold it till next year and might be the price will hit again to $1200 and you will earn lot profit from it

I'd say go ahead and buy now but don't come after me if it goes down tomorrow because that can happen too. But I expect it to go up, companies are starting to accept it, such as Wargaming, Steam might be next so it should go up.

Best price is now below $375. You should buy at this point while it is cheap...

buy right now, it will not go lower, stagnation that remain for such a long tiem usually indicate a price consolidation, and then a pump

the pump for the halving did not even started yet, so there is another incentive to pump it

buying right now at around 370-380$ is a good idea. even if it goes down some, its a good entry level, i think it will stay around this price and not go much lower then this before it goes up again!

I guess it really depends on how long do you intend to keep it. If you have no problem waiting for it, it's always safe to buy, as bitcoin price
is proportionally tied with time as per it's design of block rewards and the fact of increased transaction base and adoption.
If you are , on the other hand a short time investor - there's no real way of knowing how market will behave, you can only speculate.

now seems to be a stable price.  From my experience the sharpest drops usually come after a sudden, sharp rise.  We haven't had a rise recently, only slow decline.  That tends to precede a rise, and with the financial tensions in the world (people calling for Negative interest rates????) I think btc is looking like a safer bet

Just buy it today and keep holding it at least untill the upcomming block halving. After that you can decide whether you are selling them for a profit or not. As long as you focus on the long run you will be just fine.

I think price is quite stable right now, and seems to me that sub 400$ range is a good price for buying. But that is in the current environment, which might change.

Indeed, I think the price of this moment is very sweet to buy bitcoins.
Also the bitcoin will rise soon so now you can still buy bitcoins cheap.

I think its the best way to buy them now for the future.

if it is the same scenario like last year when the price was stable between $200 and $300 then now is the time to buy before bitcoin starts to go up again and you regret not using the opportunity to get cheep coins.

I do believe we're in the exact same situation as we were when the price was bouncing between $200 - $300 for quite a long time. I say, buy and hold before it's too late.

Best price to buy some would be at $375 which I believe it's the base value at the moment since it have been on this range for some times and I think will remain for little longer before it starts to gradually go up, like what happened before on Sep/Oct 2015. It certainly have the same trend and perhaps the same outcome.

I don't think it will go that low, as the price is expected to rise in next couple of months, and there is no best price to buy as we don't know what is the perfect time to buy if you can afford it now just buy it.

i agree, the time for buying at lower than $300 is long gone. it is going to keep on going up and even if it were to go down it will go as low as 380 in worst case scenario

Don't  wait for price fall, buy now if it is possible, even if price looks high now, 400$ but price won't fall below 370$ amymore

Also halving will happen in July so  price will rise and you will win money not matter when you'll buy it

That's true if you can afford to buy with current price then you should buy it as the price will increase in next couple of months if you are waiting that price will fall around $350 then that seems to be impossible.

So you were left by that low price, I hope you already buy that time that you ask this question...the price right now is $409+ I think you should buy now, You should take advantage of it, or else, you'll wait a more longer for the price to dip lower than $400

$350 looks like mid-term bottom, established in the beginning of January. Therefore all dips to $380 should be bought as attractive. There no arguments, at least at the moment, to break $350 support.

The best thing that you  can do is just buy the coins for a low price. And so you will have the chance that you can make some good profit.
But you must hope that it must rise and that the value will be more worth later after the halving.

i think that now it is the low price too, bitcoin is still in the first years of its existence and the price will most probably grow in the future significantly

besides that in my opinion it is the best to sell your bitcoins when the price is on the growth and buy it back when the price is dumped

i think theres no concrete price but you should start buying your coins when their price is dumped a lot

The best time to buy bitcoin is then when the price is at its down spike.

It is not a big issue of $430 and $450 with such a fluctuation which is occurring these days. The best thing will be then when we see a stable price, it will give a strength.

Whatever price you see is the best, because it repeats itself...
Even people who bought in at $1.2k won't be regretting because either they could have traded their coins and covered their losses back, or else waiting for the price increase which is sure to happen...
So, just get on the train while you still can, because waiting will only make you lose in the end...

In my opinion, every opportunity to buy bitcoin below the $400 level seems a good one,  especially when someone is really convinced that bitcoin is destined to break the $1000 level sooner or later.

There is no really down side to price. Just act now, and see how you can manage the risk you bought it for.

Unless the halving event creates more sell orders then buying ones, eventually making the price take a small dip.

Yup the price last months ago, is a good price to buy when it is just moving below $400 each...But with the current situation that everyone is thinking about the price that may surge very high, the price now is still a good price to buy...

i think that the closer we are coming to the block halving, the higher the price will be. but i also realize that it will not continue to increase till after the halving. that's why you have to find a great price to sell at. my guess is that the best moment to sell at is a few days before the block halving. i expect a lot people to unload coins after the halving, so i have to make sure i sell sooner than them.

i think that the closer we are coming to the block halving, the higher the price will be. but i also realize that it will not continue to increase till after the halving. that's why you have to find a great price to sell at. my guess is that the best moment to sell at is a few days before the block halving. i expect a lot people to unload coins after the halving, so i have to make sure i sell sooner than them.
Well yeah that's pretty obvious. Buying at any price under $420 is now a steal. Just buy and then hold until halving, then sell, you will make so much money.

Any price around $410 is good. If the price is below $400, I will try my beset to buy as many as I can.

Yeah indeed you are right, if you are buying at that low price you can see that the value of Bitcoin will rise easily later and your chance to get some profit will be higher.
It is sin if you are going to make an investment with a high value, otherwise you have to wait a very long time.
