I checked out the website he referred.Nothing scamish but you have to verify your details like Id and address IE Utility Bills or Passport to get verified with the website.Once the website is verifies you under his referral link,you will be paid.

That is a lot of verification and why they need al that info. I know there is a lot of fraud with personal info so think twice before you do that. Also copy of other personal info why should a website ever ask you that.

And you can get $25 for the same at coinbase when you refer someone, and the person who you refer also gets the same. A lot of information for a small bonus, it seems to me

I doubt anyone will verify their address proof for such a small amount and the process wouldn't be instant as well. If it's an online payment processor, it can be trust worthy but most bitcoin users prefer to remain anonymous. Anyways, good luck.

I think coinbase will give a rewards by after the referal buy a bitcoins in their site. they are not the same as you think.
It's not better give more information with your real address or to give your bills or passport to get verified. It is shady for me and there's a possibility they will uses it for their plan.. National IDs , goverment issued IDs, driver's license and passport, those are jist a few. It even requires a proof of address (eg. billing statements) for verification.

OMG. So this offer is totally a borderline of scam. No one in his right mind would share that information even for a $100, it is just not worth it.
