Is anyone having problem with ANXPRO https://anxpro.com ? I have transferred money since last week and until now they haven't showed up in my account. Their customer support are replying very slow and don't give me any confirmation when they'll deposit them.

Money has been deducted from my bank since last week and I got confirm from the bank that they received the money.

I also see that some persons do have same problem as me on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ANXBTC/

Is anyone having same problem ? Should we file a police report before they shut down and our money get lost ? Here's a screenshot from their Facebook http://tinypic.com/r/15xr9y9/9 , some people are complaining there

All pending deposits have been processed and accounts have been credited.  Apologies for the inexcusable delay you endured to process your deposit. A number of factors including the statutory holidays for the Chinese New Year period in addition to a number of complications with our bank resulted in your deposit being delayed.

We apologize for this delay and until we can ensure our normal levels of service, we have temporarily disabled deposits via bank wire (this does not impact withdrawal services). We anticipate restoring our bank wire deposit service in the next 48-72 hours.

We are one of the longest operating exchanges to date and whilst I agree that our communication in this instance with our customers could have been improved upon, I do feel suggesting that ANX is a scam to be a little premature and unfounded. Should you ever be in Hong Kong, we would be delighted for you to visit our head quarters and share a drink with some of our 50 staff members.  :)

ANXPRO doesn't look like a scam to me. That being said they certainly can improve how they are managing the current situation. With so  many exchanges going bust it doesn't take too much for an operational issue to turn into a full blown panic run on an exchange.

I am of the understanding that all deposits have been processed and accounts credited.  Please do let me know should you feel a deposit is still yet to be credited and I will promptly follow up and resolve.

May I suggest that on your way to (or upon your return from) the police today you stop by the ANX office?  We always enjoy meeting our customers.  Alternatively why not join the bitcoin meetup held on the 24th of February in the ANX offices (http://www.meetup.com/Bitcoin-HK/events/228081412/).

What happened::
Deposited DOGE into newly created ANXPRO.COM account over a week ago, raised several support tickets, standard response stating starting to look into it then nothing more.

I have three pending top-ups on my ANX Elite card since august. The money left my account but were never delivered to the card. The support simply does not respond to my requests. This is outrageous! The money were just simply stolen! If they don`t answer within this week I plan to address my lawyers to file a report and appeal to the court directly. I am growing tired of this shit.

Other than the auto reply, nothing from them. Aren't these altcoin deposits supposed to be automated?? ANXPRO looks like a scam to me.

I was thinking of starting to use that exchange, but this changed my mind.

I have similar problem with them too!  I requested them to give me back the Bitcoin Cash that I am entitled to due to the BTC-BTH split, but they just won't.  Many exchanges have given the BTH back to their users even if they don't support BTH trading.  I wonder what ANXPRO is doing with MY BTH ?!!
