It will steal money from later users to pay earlier users until, inevitably, it doesn't have enough new users depositing the funds needed to cover what they have to pay out and it will collapse. Not before the OP has stolen as much as he can, of course.

All Ponzi scams *have* to pay out at first because the moment they stop then people panic and try to withdraw their funds en masse.
