Yes you can certainly use it legally, the $300 you used were actually trial credit where you cannot create compute engine instance of more than 8 cores, while now you upgrade and use coupon of $500, you can create upto 24 core instance, and yes it's all legal, the code itself is distributed by google themself

1- Once redeem you have 90 days to use credit. Once you have coupon, redeem it ASAP, no claim after 3 days, so buy when you want to use it.
2- PM for discount, usually not given, but if bought in bulk, or anything else, might consider on case to case basis.
3- Paypal not welcome from everyone, if you can prove your legitimacy, paypal can be accepted @ 15% extra charges (assume them as paypal-to-bitcoin fee + paypal fees)

i bought the first and second Coupon from him, the second coupon worked instant the first Code needed to be replaced since it was invalid, but was no Problem and were fixed. I got a very good Price but i recently discovered, that you cannot mine with google cloud Platform, so i have now a lot of $$ in there that i cannot use :( that sucks. (but is for sure nothing the Op has to worries about, just as a side note.)

yes it's still available, you will have 90 days to utilize credit upon redeeming

they suspended the launched VM and you have to argue with them. Looks like mining is against their TOS.

Do you suggest that I can use my real Google account, or can I get banned for using your codes?  I have a project I wish to kick start but dont want to risk getting my Google Cloud account banned, so is it safe to use your codes, or do you suggest creating a new account for the purposes of using your code?

it's 100% safe to use coupons, and there is no risk attached so far.

You may use it in your real account, or create new one, it's all upto you, but there is no risk involved due to coupon as per my knowledge.

Really wish I could buy a coupon, mate.  But after reading Amazon's TOS, the gamble is just too high; risking such an insane amount against a personal credit card.  I've heard horrible stories where people had been charged hundreds after buying similar credit :\

If you wish, it's your choice to keep your wish to yourself or make effort to fulfill your wish, believe it or not , if you have met an accident, you wont leave going to road in fear of facing accident, I also heard many peoples being charged by amazon, but you are just looking at the negative side of it, you are not looking how many peoples used credits/coupons and not charged at all ? how many peoples saved 90% of their bills, and a lot more can be said in this regard, and let me tell this to you, everyone knows this has never happened with google (I know this doesn't assures that it wont happens ever in future too) but if you are smart, you will knows several ways to tackle such situations!
