Title: Configure folder for wallet.dat?
Post by: BC12345 on January 20, 2013, 06:00:19 PM
Hi,

does anyone know if it's possible to configure the folder destination for the "wallet.dat" independently from the "-datadir"-folder?

Edit:
I'm using bitcoin-qt.

Don't use bitcoin-qt but use something like multibit or electrum. With multibit you can just open a wallet like any other program let you open files.

Symlink seems to work (didn't check sysinternal junction under windows) , thx.
