Post by: Luno on March 11, 2013, 08:25:43 AM I don't know if this applies to US consumer laws, but in Europe, if you ordered something and the seller fails to deliver, you can buy a similar product from a competitor. If the substitute product is more expensive you can claim the difference paied by the original seller!
So as an European you can buy an Avalon and cancel your order with BFL and bill them the price difference for failing to fulfill their promise! Title: Re: BFL PREORDERS THROUGH AVALON? Those that have interpreted BFL announcements over the past 9 months, unofficial and otherwise, as anything other than entertainment have consistently lost money. Glad I didn't liquidate my mining rigs because BFL was "honest Abe" shipping in October 2012. I thought about it, but then fortunately I had a dialogue with their COO. |
