I'm helping to organize a blockchain conference in Vietnam. It's multi-faceted, but one of the main goals is to have members of the local government, regulators, etc. show up and have some questions answered. With that in mind, we are looking for a speaker to answer questions about how Bitcoin addresses fraud. Does anyone come to mind.
