Do you guarantee this ? because you should take some guarantee, people must not feel as if you are just trying.

Dont want to de-moralize you, but mate try to understand people cant risk their 100-200 or even bigger disputes for your try to win it. And once you have made a story, it wuld be difficult to get it turned back. Anyways I wish it works really, because yeah many people have such tricks or I should say ways.

What if the other side of the dispute uses your same strategy?

Not sure what a BTC dispute is. And my method is not well known, and I have more than one as well. Different methods for different scenarios. And I won't be "trying" to win it, I will :).

Someone sends me paypal, I send them bitcoins, then they do a chargeback for the paypal.

As long as you didn't already type anything in the dispute, I can fix it for you.

"chargebacks" and "disputes" are completely different things

If someone initiates an UNAUTHORIZED credit card chargeback or bank ACH dispute you cannot win UNLESS it is for a physical item shipped to a confirmed address with tracking.  PayPal sometimes requires a signature as well, however, if the amount is over $750 USD a signature is always required.  In this case, even if PayPal does not win the claim against the bank/credit card, PayPal takes the hit and funds the amount because it is covered by their terms.

The above statement is about UNAUTHORIZED chargebacks.  Chargebacks for items not received/significantly not as described are basically the same. ALL "chargebacks" are initiated by a 3rd party, NOT PayPal.

There are then all the standard PayPal initiated disputes.  Which are not chargebacks initiated by a 3rd party, but by PayPal.

I can do both! Different methods for different scenarios.

It is impossible for you to win an unauthorized chargeback via a CC.  I have no idea how you can claim that..

I was explaining the difference to everyone else..

CC is indeed much harder, I can't make guarantees on that.

I need your help.
My paypal got limited because of some people , they never charged back tho but paypal needed the details of the tranasanctions and screenshots of what was sold.
What i actually seelling was accounts , but i told them i provided we services to them.
No can u help me with it ? They told me to send screenshots of transanctions

If they really just need screenshots, you should be easily able to fake that or go to the digital goods/service section and ask for some work to be done. Im sure some scammers have whole archives of material for this. Services can be anything, so declare it as e.g. translations or coding.

I just somehow doubt they will be satisfied with only screenshots if you got already limited - depends on the amount. Most likely some of the accounts you received money from are flagged due to some fraud activities.

Hold up.. You said if they can prove they are right and deserve the refund you can help them out?? If they can prove they are even closely right paypal will issue refund as they are heavy for the clients and it's the reason they have so many complaints from merchants. If you feel you been wronged paypal has a resolution center and I am 10-0 in 5 years. If you're  trying to just pull a fast one then remember there is a such thing as karma.

Paypal will not allow anyone abuse their terms as they have very strict ( and clear ) policies which actually works great.
If the account owner is right, so he is and no need 3rd part help

Best option will be to escrow the funds.
Once the charge back has been completed the funds can be released.

That's certainly not true. There have been numerous times where Paypal's policies and such interfere and even if you are right they will not refund you.
I'm here to offer my service and guarantee that you'll get your money back.
Only reason I'm asking for proof is because I don't want to assist in a scam. I don't want someone charging back for something that they bought and trying to get their money back.
