Title: BitInstant Help Post by: bigbro0611 on January 21, 2013, 03:27:35 PM Hello everyone I bought some BTC yesterday night with bitinstant and it said the order was executed yet nothing went to my destination address and nothing was on blockchain.info either and still isn't. I emailed support about 12 hours ago and they still haven't gotten back to me. I know Yankee(BitInstant CEO) is on this forum but since I'm new I can't PM him, is there any way I could contact him? BTW if you do see this Yankee my event ID is cb4c78e8-2c27-4a4e-a323-c8dd6bedcfe0. Thanks.
