The amount of this loan made me think it was DPony asking for a loan to pay me back.. user profile doesn't seem like it.

No one would lend it to him. Why loan someone money to pay off a loan they already can't cover?

I think that's a question you should ask a lot of major banks here in the US

i was able to get a credit card to over 50k limit before I was 25 by shifting money between cards.  card #1 offers you 0% APR for 1 year.   if it's 10k limit, you take 9k, pay off card #2.  eat your ramen noodles, patio burritos, and totino pizzas for a year.  a year after that, card #3 with an 8k limit offers you 0% APR, and card #4 with a 6k limit offers you 1.9% APR.  sadly, you have to pay a small amt of interest, but you have successfully shifted again.  card #1 raises your limit by like 3000 or 4000.   repeat process
