Corned beef, crock pot cooked for many hours, then baked in the oven after crock pot cooked. Have your dinner, the rest, put in the fridge over night. In the morning, pull some corned beef out, fry it with some potatoes and onions, it's definitely a go. It's a meal you might want to eat twice every 6 months.
