He is holding $$$$ hostage and banned the ip as well. This is a serious issue that everyone should know. In the future, your $ can be blocked by the same mod for other personal reasons too since this is a precedent. First accused me of spreading virus and that he got complaint from many users, when I told him this account was created yesterday, he accused me of breaking chat rules and when I told him the chat are recorded for public to see, no response, then one ticket missing.
