These are pretty bad. The only one close to being good was the miner starting a fire but he came out looking like a fireman and his shadow like a robot or a human shaped bundle of wires.

and in the minecraft comic the creeper should clearly represent one thing or the other. Is he a theif? is he a creeper? Is he lack of wallet encryption? Does he represent selling to early?

Yah, Im sure my cartoon ain't the best comic out there, or anything like it.. and I don't claim it to be... it's just an outlet for my silly ideas.
If I need to tweak it around too much, to get people to like it - I would not be my ideas any more.
So I figure, if I just do what I can, to make my jokes understandable, then that's fine with me.. (i failed at the last one I guess .. lol )
If someone enjoy them along the way, then good for them!
Don't like it? Well I don't force you to read it.. but I love to hear your opinions, and perhaps they can help me to better something :) Even a little hate might just give me some new inspiration, one way or another :)

I'm thinking about doing some political stuff, but I have only been able to use somewhere around 20-30 minutes on each comic, since the first one.
So I will have to wait until I have a little more time on my hands, since I'm that type of guy that actually need a little time to think things over, if I have to make them more "in depth" ;)  But ill do my best to try and find more time :)

Oh yah, I don't use Photoshop *curses Adobe and shouts to the heavens*  ... *aheemmn*...  It's done with a Wacom tablet in TheGimp and ArtRage.   Great programs :)

Hello! Your comic is great, but your website gobbles up too much processing power. While is was open, Chrome couldn't load any other pages, or even display anything else.

I'll give it a look...   I noticed it was slow earlier, but just thought it was the server.

update:
I just gave it a check, and it seems to work fine here, also in Chrome.
Im not sure what the problem might be, that you saw... but it hogs no CPU here.. just loads up, and then it's static.

There was some problems earlier, with slowdowns on the servers at the hosting compamny here in Denmark.

Awesome job on these. Here are some topic ideas:

 - The Silk Road (make fun of people who think they are anonymous when sending packages of drugs to their house?)
 - The difficulty your average internet user has grasping the concepts of bitcoin (you've already done some of this, I know)
 - The tendency of the media to get everything wrong when reporting on bitcoin
 - The absurd things which bitcoin makes possible:
       - Can a Nigerian prince blow his inheritance trading securities on a bitcoin black market?
       - Will there be an underground bitcoin "home shopping network" for guns, drugs, and other contraband?
       - Can I kill my neighbor's annoying dog using a bitcoin assassination market?
       - Will people pay online pimps to set up one-night-stands IRL, where no provable prostitution takes place (no money exchanged IRL)?
       - Can I hire somebody in another country to do my job, and collect the difference?
       - Can any 8-year old <insert nationality> idiot-savant create a bitcoin exchange?
 - What is the worst possible use for bitcoins? (toddler sex-slaves, dropped bound and gagged in a dumpster near you?)
      - I personally have two kids, and I can't imagine any way to make that funny. It makes me want to cry.
 - The government pretending that they hate bitcoin, while using it
 - All the *coin spin-off ideas people suggest because they don't like something about bitcoin
 - The absurdly high predictions of what a bitcoin might be worth someday
       - Also, doing the napkin-math behind those predictions, and realizing maybe those estimates might actually be too low
 - The crazy things people will do just to get some bitcoins
 - How the XKCD writer must be so frustrated that he can't make bitcoin jokes since he loves/owns bitcoins and it would be a conflict of interest, but it is the perfect subject matter for his strip

Not all of these things have an obvious joke, but maybe there's something there you can use. Also, your jokes about how obsessive people get about bitcoins and mining never get old. :)

After dacoinminster I am ashamed of only proposing one idea, but here it goes:

A graph of bitcoin-usd exchange price, and with an arrow pointing at different positions over time, texts saying "Bitcoin will collapse soon", "Today is the last day of Bitcoin", "Bitcoin collapses and will never recover", etc... all while we see the price of the exchange oscilate but with a upward bitcoin trend.

I'm a struggling artist / graphic designer, and right now I have to do a lot of silly things to get some food on the table for me and my family. But I will try to continue doing a comic each day. I've cut myself on a CPU fan a couple of times, even got a good bleeder once, the several layers of TP i wrapped around my thumb were drenched in blood in a matter of minutes

I had recently assembled the new machine and was hearing some noises, i was looking around for cables that could be touching some of the fans and got careless (if the machine was turned off i wouldn't know when i bumped on the right cable, since there would be no noise). I don't remember what the reason was the other times, probably somthing like that i guess.

This is why you look for wear on the wires...

Everything was new so the wear wouldn't be obvious, and i didn't wanna have to disassemble everything looking for little smudges in the wires.

Heh.. I haven't been off playing with my QR scanner...  actually I have just been knee-deep in work.
In the spare time I did have the last couple of weeks, I had a hard time to come up with any good comic-ideas, so I just figured I needed the off-time.

The first time i got a QR scanner i spent the whole night googling for QR codes to scan just for scanning Xp

Actually, I moved across the country, started my own busyness, and straight of the bat had a full time client, demanding consulting and design-work ... so I have been keeping too busy to find spare time, to do the comic ...   but, since I have optimized my work-flow over the last year or so. .. I'm now able to get more free time, to work on stuff like this again :D

heh.. thanks ... and yeah, I decided on a style-change, and plan on use more time on each drawing, than when I made the "old ones".
(Usually I used to use about 15-30 minutes on a Bitcoin comic drawing .. this one was a little over an hour, including sketchwork.)

Since the price on BTC went up, since I last worked on the comic, I figured that I might as well raise the quality of drawing too, if I'm to get any donations in on this ;)

I'm pretty new to the forum here and have not seen many other bitcoin cartoons, I think they are very powerful since a good picture can say more than 1000 words.
