Title: WTB UK PaySafeCard(s) / WTT BTC for UK PaySafeCard(s)
Post by: MikeD on January 26, 2013, 06:30:18 PM
Short version:

- I need (up to 10) UK PaySafeCard(s) with a total value of 60.89 EUR (one reputable seller; one transaction; I pay first)
- I do not live in the UK and thus cannot acquire them myself
- I will pay 23% over value for your PaySafeCard(s) - that's 75 EUR
- I will trade for BTC if necessary but prefer to buy with PayPal
- If you are only willing to use BTC you will have to wait a week for me to load the funds to my BTC wallet

Long version:

I subscribe to a Usenet server in the Netherlands (XSusenet.com) and my account is expired.  They have a Pay with PayPal link, but it has been broken for months and customer support is nonexistent.

The actual Usenet servers are still good though, and being based in the Netherlands they are immune to DMCA takedown requests, which means no failed downloads when I have them on my roster.  Incidentally, also it means I am losing a lot of downloads right now because I don't have them.

I picked up a U.S. PaySafeCard only to discover that PaySafeCards don't work that way.  UK sites take UK PaySafeCards only, and so on.

I have a Coinbase wallet, where I keep exactly 0.000000 BTC at all times.  When I need to use BTC, I load them up and send them off.  This process takes a week, so if I can avoid trading BTC I will.

I will buy your 5/10/15/20/50/60.89 EUR PaySafeCard(s) in PayPal EUR or USD, whatever you prefer.

As you know, PaySafeCards have a Control number (password) which is required to utilize funds from the card.  Therefore, there is no point in stepping through small transactions since there is no way to know if the cards are valid until I try to spend them.  This also means I will only buy your UK PaySafeCard(s) if you can sell me all 60.89 EUR worth.

I will send payment first.  Your PayPal email address or Bitcoin Forum username must be well reviewed in previous transactions, and or listed as Trusted on this website.

I will do business with the most reputable person who makes me a PayPal offer, or if no one offers for PayPal, the most reputable person who makes me a BTC offer.

I know the whole PayPal for PaySafeCard thing kind of makes this not applicable to a Bitcoin forum, but this appears to be the only trading platform on the Internet where I will be able to get UK PaySafeCards from a reputable source.

Also, I worked hard to put 5 posts in the Newbie forum so that I could move this thread.  Please don't delete it.
