There is also bitinnovate.com who seem cheaper & also accept cash deposits but I've not used them.

He's just angry that they don't take PayPal or credit cards. ::) I've been using SpendBitcoins for nearly a year now and they've never once ripped me off. Their fee really is only 10% (and worth every cent - their service is second to none).
