First of all let me say I'm an unexperieced bettor and I need some explanations on how system bet work please.

Does that mean that since my turnover requirement is 2250 mBTC, my maximum amount counted toward the bonus per bet is a bit over 500 mBTC? I originally thought it was 25% of my 500 mBTC, but after taking the bonus, I clearly saw the turnover requirement. Please confirm which one it is.

The 25% means that when your requirements is 2250 then max counting for a bet is 25% of this (562,50 mBTC).

Free 5 mBTC? The 2 promotions AFAIK that give a 5 mBTC bonus (no deposit) require a specific wagering requirement. Simply because you have not met the rollover requirement, bet it once is not enough. At least you make 15bet with 5mbtc each and with minimum odds as required as well. If there is no turnover so it will not good for the site.

The fee your using for withdraws is too little. I got this tx (https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/94b0156f9aec0748c9ccbbfa290ef6da1e9d62736273346c63a81e7601383bdc) from my 1 BTC withdraw. It has 3 inputs, but only a 0.0001BTC fee, or 20 satoshis/byte. bitcoinfees.21.co estimates it will take up to ~90 minutes for it to confirm, which is a bit long for some people who might need the funds. Consider using a higher fee (maybe 30 satoshis/byte). There is currently 3.2 mb of transactions in the mempool.

Edit: took 24 min to confirm. Not that bad, but it would take a lot longer when the mempool is larger during peak times

I agree on this, a bit increase in fee but have great effect on the speed of transaction will be awesome.  Some user including me prefer to have faster transaction with a bit higher fee than slower transaction with normal fee.  For us (investors /entrepreneurs), time essence is important because it will cost us more waiting for the transaction to be confirmed for a longer time than having more fee.  Please consider the qouted suggestion.

I'm having the same problem - PMed coinbet24 without a response. Conveniently this happened after I rolled over 2.1 BTC / 2.25 BTC of my bonus.

The problem is same for every site that gives bonuses and expect a high rollover rate such as 35x. I advise you to not use these bonuses, because when you try to rollover you may probably lose your initial deposit too. It's not a wise decision to use %100 bonus for 1 BTC and try to make 35 BTC worth bets from high odds...

I have some questions, 1. Do you ask for K.Y.C? 2. What is minimum bet for bitcoin and doge coin? 3.Do you limit consistent winners and what do you mean by arbitrage? Anyways, your book looks really clean and nice. Just wanted to ask these questions for my information.

Here's the answer to your questions
1. Nope. I just checked their Terms & Conditions you don't have to worry about submitting any documents.
2. Their FAQ shows their minimum stake is at 0.0005BTC  but for dogecoin it doesn't say any amount.
3. Arbitrage betting goes something like this before the match starts the pre game odds for team A is at 3.1 (lets say you bet on this team) and for team B is at 1.4 then when the match started team A is surprisingly winning then live odds suddenly shifts the other way around team B is at 2.5 while team A is at 1.55 thats the time when you drop a bet on team B to make a sure profit. Not sure if this is the correct way of explaining it but this is how I interpret it.

Your account currency at Coinbet24 is in mBTC. You can still deposit with doge coins and over 30 other coins, but the amount is exchanged into mBTC.

Again, primarily arbitrage betting (sure betting) is the only reason for getting a limit on your account.

I feel your pain for waiting, your not the only one annoyed by their 1 time withdrawal request every 24 hours. I suggested it before in this thread that they should increase their withdrawal request but they didn't seem to care. I'm always forced to withdraw everything then just deposit again to avoid waiting for the cooldown because of their rule.

This should be lifted if there isn't any valid reason for better gambling experience. I personally do a lot of withdrawals from other gambling sites in a day if have balance but limiting it isn't a right way.

Regarding to one withdrawal for every 24 hours, it's a matter of the fees just have increased for transactions. One of the good things with the BTC was the low cost of transactions, but where it two years ago was like 0.1 mBTC for a transaction, then we now have to use 0.6 - 0.7 mBTC to have it confirmed quickly, and in the same period BTC price have increased from 200$ to over 2000$.

Minimum withdrawal where we pay the transaction fee are 10 mBTC, this have been done because some users like to withdraw 1 or 2 mBTC each day, and that does not make sense for us to pay a transaction fee up to 70% of what have been withdrawn.

For most users it's enough to have one withdrawal for every 24 hours, another option could be that we again made it unlimited, but then fees had to be paid of the user? We decided first option where we pay the fee would be best for most of our users.

You are very general in your post and take all Curacao licensed bookmakers under one - which I don't understand.

It is more than fair if a customer have an issue with a bookmaker, then customer can post their experience and the bookmaker can give their answer.

To your claim that no Curacao licensed bookmaker pay out big winnings, I have to say that we do pay out all winnings!
