Hello, anyone who is "professional, reliable and mature" will know this is way too easy to be fully legit and legal.
Can you answer (in public) exactly why this "opportunity" exists?

For example: What are you actually doing?
"Traders" = ?? / You are moving large amounts in and out of BTC exchanges, or selling large amounts of BTC for Paypal and emptying the accounts before they get frozen or chargebacks?

Is this where you give someone $2000+ through Paypal and they withdraw it and send you a % in bitcoin and then you raise a payment dispute with PayPal so they have to refund Paypal the full amount, so you have gained the bitcoin% and the $2000 back and they are left with owing Paypal $000s?

If so you're a cunt.

This sounds just like what banks look out for.

Someone approaches a bank customer telling them they'll give them a check for $5,000 and wants to split the funds with the person that was approached. The person cashing the check would receive $100 and the person that gave the check would receive the $4,900. Days later the check would bounce and the account the funds were drawn against would be -$5,000, the person who originally approached the bank customer would now have profited $4,900.

What you have here is someone wants to send paypal funds and wants to receive BTC in return, charge backs will occur pulling funds back, which have already been paid to the OP in BTC. Paypal will be permitted to go after the person who "cashes" out the funds to their bank account.

Initially, I thought my report of OP would be enough to make this disappear quickly.

You offer users 60K per monh Minimum for using their paypal. How can you expect anyone to take you serious.
Either this is something illegal or it is bad. I think getting your paypal account suspended will not be the end of it..

FYI....Paypal CAN'T cash out funds from your bank account, unless you verified your pp account with a direct bank login (you log into your bank account through PP and you accept a cash out agreement).

Also if you look at the comments, you'll see that most of them are not from professional traders. I'm used because I have been on another forum yet and it has been the same reaction from some users.....from kids who probably live with their parents and who struggle to make a $10 per day.

Indeed, I don't know how this scheme working in other countries but in Hungary and in the UK PP used to send debt collectors after people who were left holding the bag after chargebacks.

My experiences may be inadequate to fall under in any of your qualifications requirements, but nobody is foolish enough to fall into your trap. "you can't screw us and we can't screw you", but our Paypal account will be fucked up once you did a chargeback.
You should try again on another forum, dayjouria (AKA experienced and professional trader).

We pay any chargeback till 1 month.

After that you may have chargebacks and your account may be "fucked up" as you said.

Yes, paypal normally send debt collector's in most european countries, i think they'll do same in United States.
But, the idea is cool if, the guy can find someone who has experience in this kind of game.

And, both parties (the sender & the receiver) should to honest to each other. If, done correctly, i think the only person who will stand the chance to lose in this game is paypal!

It is not about stupid accusations. I was investigating about trading Bitcoin via Paypal and I gave up because of the very high risk because of the chargeback from paying site (PP). Few days ago i try to buy BTC via PayPal - i send money (PP) and i didn't get back BTC. My mistake was that i use "Friends&family" option because i was sure that i always can do chargback.. now i know that im in deep sh*t because paypal don't have to help me!

100 % this is definitely some kind of money-laudering. You received a large amount of funds from who knows where and you are looking for an individual to basically "wash" this money. So basically what you want to do is you want someone to exchange these "funds" acquired who knows how for bitcoin. I doubt anyone wants to do this and I recommend no one takes this individual on this offer.

Same what i think. "Mule" of money - just receiving and sending to other anonymous receiver. To this transaction is needed only one verified account. Easy money.. But still waiting for more informations..

well am doing this before with one of my client.he give me 50% and he take 50% but the problem is am loosing my 20 pp account which have fully verified.some account have over $2k charge back.you can get more money with this but this is not legit.and have need more account or ability to create more account. ;D

PayPal requires personal information supported with proper appropriate documents to verify account and have policy of one person one account, how did you verify all your accounts?

It depends on the country. You can verify the numbers of acc you want, easily, and there are many ways to do this.

But....the most important thing is not necessarily to be verified. A non verified acc works well also and can cashout. The most important thing is time and then the tracking history.

So people usually think that because their account has been double verified (bank acc, credit card linked, even ssn etc) they won't get blocked by PP....which is totally untrue.

......the ONLY thing that PP relies on, is the tracking history....or even simpler.....the age of the account. It means if you opened a PP acc 1 year ago, even if there is no transaction and even if it's not verified.....that said acc will be safer to use than a 1 month old acc with good verification and with many transactions proceeded.

Is it old enough? ;D Paypal is very crappy method to do the money laundering because it is highly traceable.  OP, let's assume your business is legit, you won't do charge backs, federales won't send SWAT team to my door etc... This is surely a money laundering attempt.
Because, look,
We have dark party A who is the newbie and the OP.
B is A's client.
C is the trader.
If A agrees with C and B sends, suppose, 2k$ to C by PP.
And then after receiving the given money in bank a/c the C dispatches 1.5k$ to A.
After a chargeback, PP takes away 2k$ from C by debt collection.
and see, as BTC is irreversible the 1.5k$ is still in A's collection and he, being anonymous, none can touch him.
Most fishy attempt yet.

Money laundering? Please, there are ways far more efficient for that. This one here is most likely trying to cash-out carded funds, hence the chargeback.

You know, I totally accept the fact that people may be suspicious. I am myself very suspicious and I know that most of the posts are bs.

But....the behavior I totally disagree with, is defamation. Let's say you are "suspicious" because you don't understand or because my explanations are not clear enough. OK. But is it a reason for people to start saying "SCAM", "SCAMMER"......since they DON'T KNOW?

I also have been very clear: after 1 month or so the pp acc of the holder will be useless. So there is no trap....I'm telling what will happen to your acc.

It's definately  a stolen cards thing, since the 1 month timestamp indicates credit card monthly statement, that's when the victim gets the bill and finds out the fraud

This is NOT from stolen cc or pp. And pp acc holders have the proof right away from the first payment.

Guys, I have reported this guy to paypal with all the details via email.

I have talk with him on Skype.  I ask him all the details. So that I can report him to paypal.

He is saying that :

What you describe is most likley money laundering or some kind of fraud/hacked accounts stuff. Thats exactly the reason why you want your "middleman" to withdraw asap and get your % in BTC. The guy who is doing this for you will be fucked. Why else should chargebacks happen?

If this is not the case, find a trusted member and explain him what you are doing but let me guess: you wont do so. nvm, there is no legal side with this offer.

My friend did this with someone on playerauctions before because he thought it'd be a great deal.

He ended up getting thousands of dollars worth of chargebacks and almost got taken to court.
