Title: BitInstant?? What happen to my deposit? Post by: StatePalaceGuy on February 01, 2013, 04:42:51 AM I have used moneygram over 20 times with no problems. The coins are usually there before I get home. Earlier, I sent around 300 and I have gotten a email confirmation from zip zap, but not bitInstant. This is worrying me...not to mention I was trying to get an express order out tomorrow. Is this normal? I emailed the support@bitinstant.com, but I have not gotten a response.

I wouldn't worry too much about it however that is a bit disheartening.

I have never heard of anyone having to wait that long and its totally against everything they stand for and strive to provide so I would hope they would compensate back the transaction fees at the very least. Weird, because I had not gotten a bitinstant confirmation email either.
