The plan at this point is to refund orders where the payments didn't process properly and make those units available for sale at a later date. People who ordered and whose payments weren't processed properly are extremely pissed off about that proposal, so who knows how they'll eventually handle this.

For some reason, a token amount was being passed or generated to the merchant processor. The processor is refunding all those orders and processing everyone who paid their full invoice. We do not know at this point how many went through and how many were part of the error orders. They are likely working over this as we speak and I bet tomorrow or Monday they will have an announcement. |
