Paypal has processed chargebacks on individuals (and cancelled their Paypal accounts) for exchanging bitcoins. This is a bad idea. You should look into other methods of acquiring bitcoins.

I had a guy rob me on 10 coins for a total of 140$ and I could not have the payment reversed. I am a power seller on ebay and spent 10k+ in fees from ebay an PP last year and they still would not refund me. So I dont know what you could do to make it 100% but it has to be close to that. Paypal is the same deal as bitcoin you can only deal with people you trust. The thing to figure out is who to trust.
