(https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-EDFM-2932) When you click on market this shows the reason why its restricted but would be something like you must have a successful purchase older than 30 days or 7 days for a newly authorized device. Anyways, what market % are you usually offering there OP. |
