Is there a free and open source QR Code Generator for Word? I have generated an Excel Spreadsheet of addresses and private keys, which I'd like to mail merge onto "bitcoin notes" of my own design. I'm looking for a free QR Code generator which would let me do this in Word. Any ideas? Googling for them results in FREE Trials, which is a waste of time! Thanks in advance! On their pricing on the website, it says: Quote Non-commercial use: a "StrokeScribe Free" logo will present on each 1-D barcode (excluding postal codes). A *StrokeScribe free* text will be added to the end of data encoded in 2D barcode if more than 14 bytes are encoded. The exceptions are: http://, file://, ftp://, mailto: URLs (up to 40 bytes) and VCARDs (up to 200 bytes) without a free text being added after them. Last time I wanted to create barcode in ASP.NET using VB.NET (http://www.onbarcode.com/tutorial/vb-net-barcode-create-asp-net.html). I searched on Google and found this tool in the first page of Google. And it was great. It made me happy that it has barcode image settings in VB.NET (http://www.onbarcode.com/tutorial/vb-net-barcode-imaging.html). So I could create any barcode types I want. You may go there to find your QR Code generator for Word. That site has many barcode generators for various platforms.

If you wanna save these complicated steps and find a easy way, you can google barcode generator and you will find many useful tools, or google how to create barcode in c# to get instructive articles. Good luck:) I think some imaging sdk programmes can enable to quickly generate barcodes. i have use imaging sdkr which can original layouts hyperlinks, Images and tables retained in word ,text, image, Epub, html.but i forgot download the wedsite ,go to google. By the way , pay attention to your system platform, select the suitable one . I use a barcode generator driver found on the internet . Install it and it becomes a selectable option.Then you can generate barcodes in many formats in any program at all, including Adobe Acrobat . Just open the sdk, select barcode, and choice a form you want, then you can generate barcode (http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/csharp-imaging/barcode-generating/) in c#, vb, asp ,etc ,the task will be finished in several seconds. if you haven't found a good choice , you can have a try. and there is a free trial (http://www.rasteredge.com/online-barcode-generator/qr-code/)of the sdk , you can try this firstly. best wishes.

But not completely free. I appreciate free barcode solution.
