Public note : Many people don't know about Solidtrustpay and how it works, Even if they know about it, they don't know about risks involved of using it. Solidtrustpay is also a Reversible payment processor just like PayPal and payments made through solidtrustpay can be reversed up to 14 days (not sure).
So, its recommend to exchange with only those users on which you trust.

I don't think that's true. More than 90% of sites accepting PayPal doesn't accept solidtrustpay and I am not including PTC sites. PTC sites does accept solidtrustpay
And Not everyone knows about ptc sites here

I am using STP since 2009 and as for refunds they dont have resolutions department to handle disputes, so its upto the receiver if they will refund or not, Even HYIPS sites admin can run with all the STP funds without problem on disputes or chargeback.. Funds funded using CreditCard is a different story user can dispute thru CC company and STP has no choice but to recover the funds and ban the sender for life.

AFAIK, STP can be refunded by the receiver within 7 days from the date of transactions with 100% fees returned,

If you are really using solidtrustpay since 2009 then I am sure your account is verified.
Why don't you try exchanging from exchanger sites like rchange.net ? They do charge higher fees but I think users here will try to charge even higher that that
