Title: Litecoin no longer has a forum.
Post by: rdnkjdi on March 30, 2016, 06:13:08 PM
Seriously difficult for me to understand how it can keep its position with less community that coins with a fraction of its market cap.

Wat?  Looks to me like the forum is still there but it apparently was hacked.  But yeah, 60 guest users on there as I write this and 1 member online.  Very small forum I guess.

I never thought ltc had much of a future but it ain't dead yet.

Maybe the value of litecoin would start to go down pretty soon. It can't sustain this value anymore, IMO.

Or go up soon to sustain the mining costs.

Lol, how could it still be so high in market caps? Are there any active developers?

You better dispose that on the next spike, LTC's been on a down trend so you better be quick.

Agree. Litecoin has nothing to offer unlike other alts. It doesn't have fancy features like Ether or a great community like Doge. It's used as a trading pair on some exchanges, but notice this is being phased out. Polo uses Monero as it's second trading pair, Bittrex doesn't bother with a second trading pair. Once other exchanges phase it out as a second trading pair, I can't think what you would need to use litecoin for.

People put way to much weight into litecoin
it grew with bitcoin and had that good slogan silver to bitcoins gold
people put a lot of value and trust into it's brand for some reason even now with a small twiddling community

This is indeed unfortunate but they can always have a back up of that forum they can ask it on their web host all web host has at least 7 days back up in case something happen like this one,if they start from stratch again many  valuable information will be lost..

Litecoin was dead a year ago. The only reason it is ranked so high on CMC is because of the chinese Whales.

LTC is still very good coin, problem is he has stable price and this is not interesting for investors who want fast to earn some money..
