If i understand the OP correctly, there is a hot wallet. The OP mentions it's inside their billing system, nevertheless he must have the private key of the addresses somewhere (or at least, he must be able to export the private keys in case he's using an api or json-rpc), otherwise he wouldn't be able to handle payouts in case somebody wins ;)

I've just looked up the TOS, and in short: you need to wager the bonus at least 50 times, and you can withdraw a maximum of $50 USD equivalent in BTC, the rest will be forfeited with a no-deposit bonus.
Also, it's wise to play slots, because all other games will only count 5% towards wagering requirements, meaning that you'll have to wager at least 20*50 times *0.1BTC = 100BTC in order to withdraw the bonus...

Pretty steep terms, but it's a free bonus, so i won't complain.

Just suggestion for your next no deposit promo, you need to ask the players to post his username to claim the bonus. I've seen your casino in a couple of threads lately, and i've been reading a couple of them. I have seen many people claiming that they couldn't withdraw any coins from your casino, i've seen people claiming that not all games are provably fair, i've seen people arguing that the casino isn't decentralised, i've seen people claiming that the betting requirements for no-deposit bonusses aren't calculated correctly.

I've seen that you either give an incomplete answer, point to some TOS without clearly stating them, or simply ignore some points made by members.

If you ever want to get players on your casino, i suggest you start by building some credibility by:

• proving people can actually withdraw coins (show both tx id's, and find some senior members to vouch for you)
• proof that all games in your casino are provably fair (listing the games + linking to where the provably fair was proved)
• proof that your casino is decentralised (this is a hard one, because i personally belief your casino is centralised... But if you promote your site as decentralised, you should be able to give some proof)
• proof that all betting requirements for no-deposit bonusses are calculated correctly, ask the people who claim otherwise to post their problems, and show them (mathematically) that they are incorrect

Those are just my tips... you can either take them or leave them. I have no stake in your site, so i don't really care if you follow my advice or not.

The users that requested the withdrawal have NOT abused the promotion in any way.. You just canceled their payments THEN changed the TOS (to limit the amount they can withdraw). At the time they requested the withdraw they had done NOTHING abusive and it was NOTHING against the TOS. So again, why was those requests denied?

The issue is that they should have withdrawn any amount they wanted since it WAS NOT against the TOS at the time of the request. You have changed the TOS AFTER you have declined their requests. So yes, you have canceled their request and after you changed the TOS paid them the amount of 0.12BTC.
So let's go one more time... Why deny their withdrawal (for 2.3333BTC for example) since it was NOT against the TOS and they didn't abuse it in any way?

I've never posted in this forum before.  I'll be honest, the casino did email and ask me to review (I'm assuming now that was based on this string going back and forth).  Since they paid out and I did indeed have a good experience, I figured why not.  But yes, I did post twice.  Learning curve on my part, but definitely not an indicator of a scam.  I'm not really sure what you're referring to in terms of BTCMixer's address, but I used both Circle and Coinbase for my withdrawals, if that helps.

Deposits go to your site, people play on your site, you update the balance in your database, they can make withdrawals (that apparently you have to approve.) Your site is the central place in a centralized online casino. There is nothing decentralized about it.

In addition 1 week delay for withdrawals are insane for bitcoin casinos. It also proves furthermore that your casino isn't decentralized, since people have to wait for you to approve their withdrawals (perhaps only for "big amounts" but that's still the same.)

What does "no interference" mean anyway? And are you claiming all other bitcoin casinos "interfere in the gambing process"? Since you call yourself "the first decentralized casino".

I'm guessing the first month was 200% interest because not many people bought shares and deposited them to fun-casino. The next months will probably go down, as more people decide to invest.
