Sure, escrow with OGNasty at buyers expense and agreed upon terms. There's nothing wrong with the phone though, and you'll find my reputation on the forums is solid.

Are you in the US? And is the phone GSM or CDMA? My wife's Note 2 is dying so maybe I'll dump my HTC m9 on her and keep this one. :P

I'm in the US. GSM. It's the AT&T model, but it's unlocked, so you should be able to put it on any compatible network. You'll just need to disable the AT&T bloatware.

Why do you want to sell it? is there something wrong with the phone or you just regret buying it because you don't like it?

It was unlocked by AT&T, I'm assuming it's compatible with any GSM network but you may want to research. I'll ship free in the USA. $30 outside of the US

If you pay the shipping costs, yes. Every US carrier puts a few of their in house apps on android phones by default. "AT&T drive time", etc... They are crappy and just take up space. I always disable them.

Nope, never made it to them. Overseas shipment and I didn't realize you can't ship phones priority mail as it goes via air (lithium ion restrictions...) USPS sent it back to me, buyer didn't want to wait for it to be reshipped via boat, so it's back on the market.
I'm still not opposed to shipping overseas, but the buyer needs to realize that it could take up to a month to receive the phone via boat...

What about UPS?
Do they have the same policy? (I think so)

Btw, what about selling the phones without the battery and the buyer buys it from the store seperately? That will not oppose the overseas shipping policy as well.

It's the airline that refuses to ship it. I had nothing on the label stating there was a battery inside, so they will assume that all phones have a battery, whether you include it or not.
