Localbitcoins sellers accept many different payment methods, including meetups for cash and cash deposits. I'm not sure if you can use the service if you are under 18 though - you should find out.

The world is full of Bitcoin ATMs. Maybe you can find one nearby. The one I bought BTC from asked for cash and for the wallet (or bitaddr.es).

If you are under 18 I am not sure if buying bitcoin from exchanges or online services is possible legally. However as US citizen you can use 2 services:
Coinbase and Circle they provide the ability to instantly purchase and sell bitcoins using either a credit card or a US bank account.
