Title: Windows 10 driver for Bi-Fury ASICs
Post by: SJRNet on April 06, 2016, 04:18:40 PM
I recently 'upgraded' my 'mining machine' from Windows 8 to Windows 10, and guess what? - My mining rig, consisting of 12 Bi-Fury ASICs no longer works!

Before I revert my machine to Windows 8, does anyone know of a Windows 10 driver that works with these chips?

I have loaded the latest version of Zadig (2.2), but even the latest version of WinUSB fails to initialise the devices (error 10)...

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Cheers,

Steve

do they not work at all or not with the hub?

try sticking it right in the machine see if it recognizes it then. Might have to zadig each one separately to work together on the hub.

or the usb port is not registering the hub and in-turn not recognizing the devices. Powered usb hub i assume...right?

make sure the usb drivers are installed for the usb ports
unplug all miners and plug on miner in and if it comes up as unknown device go into device manager uninstall the unknown device then in the menu scan for new hardware. after that zadig should be able to install its driver
