    7. How do I create an order?

Market Order – a simple Buy or Sell order – is an order to buy or sell currency at the current market price.
Market Order is an order that lets you fill your order the fastest way. You can almost always expect your order to be filled, however this might not be at the best price you want. During volatile times the difference between the price you see when you enter the order and the price you get your order filled at may be wide, but when the market is fast moving this might be the only option in order to fill your position before the market moves further away.

    https://i.yapx.ru/BArf.jpg

    https://i.yapx.ru/BArg.jpg

    https://i.yapx.ru/BAri.jpg

Limit order : An order to buy/sell at a specified price or better.

    https://i.yapx.ru/BAru.jpg

    https://i.yapx.ru/BArv.jpg

    https://i.yapx.ru/BArw.jpg

    8. What is a pending order, and why is it needed?
For starters, almost futile. You would be enough, and a limit order.
Pending order - is a trigger that is activated under certain conditions.

I guess will go FST and FST 201 want to sell at the price of 1.0008 BTC, when the price rises above 1 Bitcoin 1 FST
    Again, I show by example:

    https://i.yapx.ru/BAr0.jpg

    https://i.yapx.ru/BAr2.jpg

You can put up multiple triggers for different conditions - on the price rise, the fall, etc.
A huge advantage of a pending order that the funds are not blocked (as in the case of a limit order), and remain on the balance sheet as long as your order is not going to work.

9 .I created a pending order, but it did not work, why?

This means that there was no condition to trigger the order.

    10. I put a limit order, but it did not work, why?
For example, you create a limit order to buy Bitcoins 1 for $ 180, but its price is currently $ 190 (or fall below)

11.You are bidding too fast, I do not see these orders in a glass or do not have time of their bargain.!
The fact that many customers are trading robots, it is called high trading.
High-frequency trading (HFT) is a type of algorithmic trading characterized by high speeds, high turnover rates, and high order-to-trade ratios that leverages high-frequency financial data[1] and electronic trading tools
Use the special trading strategies in which computers buy and sell positions for fractions of a second.
Under a heavy load, the order "to fly" can not even keep up visually in a glass, as carried out by less than a second, and the web part is always slower than running API)

    12.What is an API?
API is necessary for creation and cancellation of orders, actual balance information request as well as for obtaining information that requires access to personal data of the account.
Api are useful device for communicating with the third party software stock exchange.
    Create key : https://www.livecoin.net/api

    13.Verification ?
    Quote
We require verification if you want to deposit funds via bank transfer. If you will not use bank transfers, verification is not required.

    15. I do not have to withdraw money.
On the balance of the money is there, he says there is no money in the purse.
Balance and purse, is that a different? How to solve this problem ?

    1 cause of:
    Insufficient funds for cashout!
    for example:
Min. withdrawal amount : 0.002 BTC
    Withdrawal fee :    0.001 BTC

    http://i77.fastpic.ru/big/2016/0410/c9/28c201f43dfebbfaf2303793ca2c48c9.jpg

2 cause of , I show an example cryptocurrency FST.
You want to output the Bitcoin and you amount to a conclusion less than the minimum.
Min. withdrawal amount : 0.1 FST
    In total I have a: 8 064.7152847 FST
    In Orders:  8 064.61
    Available : 0.1052847
But the withdrawal fee : 0.01 FST.
Thus, I have concluded is 0.0952847, which is less than the minimum amount for withdrawal.
To withdraw, you need to cancel the order.
Total assets have displayed in the tab: Total coins.
The result is that the amount of the balance and the amount available to a conclusion different things.

16.What is the game Livecoin? How to play it?
Each participant may at any time visit the exchange and make a simple bet: will the price of Bitcoin be above or will it be below the setpoint. And that's all! You are in the game! No complicated rules, no need to keep in mind the end of the game or necessity to close your bet.
Bets can be placed every day on the new round. If you forgot to check the status of your bet - no problem, everything happens automatically. If your bet has won, the prize will be on your account.
Как игра выглядит и где она находится вы также можете найти пройдя по ссылке: https://www.livecoin.net/game
Either tab is: Trade → Game

    Example :

    The price goes down

Livecoin  has some nice coins listed. But needs more volume. I believe they need more marketing efforts to attract more traders.

A good idea . Be sure to give it to administrators.
Perhaps in the near future, the application will appear.
But this will take a long time, it is technically difficult to realize.

How to choose a crypto-currency trading? With a deposit to start trading? and many other issues will be covered in this topic.
How did you come to the choice of crypto-currency trading? With a deposit you get started?

    Information for holders of MOJO.

    Quote
Livecoin has agreed to host a coin swap between what we are calling V1MOJO and V2MOJO at this time. The process will go something like this:

    1. We will set a date - provisional date: 20/06/2016 (should be 3 weeks from now, final date will be announced end of this week) so that all users are registered at Livecoin and can deposit their V1MOJO.

    2. After this date deposits and withdrawals of V1MOJO will be closed.

    3. We then take tally of the total amount of V1MOJO on Livecoin to be exchanged.

    4. During the V1MOJO 'maintenance' period Livecoin will set up the V2MOJO trading wallet.

    5. We then transfer the V2MOJO balance to Livecoin for the swap.

    6. Once Livecoin has the V2MOJO wallet running and the coins are transferred, the old V1MOJO wallet will be deleted and they will open deposit/withdrawal of V2MOJO. All coins are operated now in the new
    V2 wallet.

    7. Once the swap is complete we release the V2MOJO wallets and the source.

    8. We will then burn V1MOJO and V2MOJO to provable burn addresses to balance out taking into account how many V1MOJO has been swapped. This may affect the masternode specs. but should not. We'll get back to this.

The good news is that during this process, Mojocoin clients WILL NOT be limited in exchange and trading operations at Livecoin. Trades will not interfere with the process of moving to the new blockchain. So, there is no downtime during the transfer process.

Obviously, the other exchanges that carry V1MOJO will be advised to stop trading and update during this period.

After the process, V1MOJO will be taken "off-line" in the sense that nodes will be taken down, block explorers updated. etc.

We will start announcing on all channels and Livecoin will start announcing as well as soon as we agree on the cut off date. We think that 2-3 weeks is enough. I will answer any questions about this, but I am off on a school half-term break between Monday - Thursday and will be "off-line".

MOJO will move on so don't worry...ED: (I always said that this was a long term thing so don't panic if there are no updates for a few days, we are working behind the scenes but we don't have a team of people to keep this and Twitter etc. updated all the time.)

Pin code and  an additional code from e-mail!

Each transaction requires PIN confirmation and e-mail confirmation. You must set up PIN right after the registration complete. PIN is a 4 digit number and is permanent.

Email confirmation code will arrive at your email, this is one-time code, every time new for each transaction.
Please perform withdrawal again, taking into account all this conditions. Eventually you will receive a notice that your withdrawal is successfully sent for processing.

Dear friends, we're going to start special promo for altcoins soon. We will list your coin on very easy terms if it meets some requirements. Currently we're collecting applications from the coin owners to estimate the volume of work.

If you're developer or official representative of some coin and would like to list it at our Exchange, we can do it if your coin meets next requirements:

    1. Your coin based on Bitcoin/Peercoin or any other similar coin like DASH, DOGE, LTC, EMC, LEO etc.
    2. Your coin based on Ethereum (For example: SHIFT)
    3. Your coin is a SmartContract of Ethereum (excluding solidity).
    4. Your coin based on Bitshares.
    5. Your coin based on Bitmonero.
    6. Your coin based on NXT.

You must be able to provide a small amount of trading volume per month. (we can't accept zero volume coins).

If you're interested and want to clarify all the details, please contact me via chat at our Exchange, via email (support @ livecoin.net) or PM at bitcointalk.

22.You have an opened order, its status is "PARTIALLY FILLED". What does it mean?

Let us examine in greater detail an example "Partially filled"
I have an opened order, its status is "PARTIALLY FILLED".
    http://i84.fastpic.ru/big/2016/0916/38/1cd0a42b1d5f49db5ef1d743c9f2c438.jpg

This means that I was partially bought Mojo by the desired price and there are no more people who want to sell by my price.

I can cancel order and open new one with more attractive price or just wait when (and if) someone will sell Mojo by my price.

If I want immediately buy  a specified amount of cryptocurrency, I must use market order form. I press the button "Switch to market order" and I specify amount that want to buy.

My order will be performed immediately for the full amount.

I hope that now clearly explained the issue. :)

I did see people are ignoring forum threads once they got established with their business and they always want to redirect their customer to contact them through their website support alone.

    Partnership with INCHAIN!
    Official website platform http://ico.inchain.io/

    Quote
Dear clients, we as Exchange declare a cooperation with Inchain project (a decentralised insurance platform).
You can read more about this project following this link inchain.io. We also would like to announce that our Exchange will be an exclusive trade platform for Inchain tokens after its official opening.

    About the project
    Quote
Inchain is a decentralised insurance platform that mitigates risks associated with total or partial losses of crypto assets due to cyber attacks and hacks. We have placed Ethereum smart contracts at the core of the platform so it requires minimal human involvement.

The following mechanisms maintain the financial stability of the platform:

    •  Inchain transfers risks to investors by issuing insurancelinked bonds. Investors take on the underlying risks and receive coupons as rewards.

    •  The insurance funds are managed by token holders, who choose investment strategies through voting. Investment returns are spent on bond coupons and then dividends are paid to token holders.

Dear ADZcoin holders, developers will probably close blockchain soon due to swap of old ADZcoins to ADZbuzz (adzbuzz.com).
Please follow news from developers by yourself, because we are not planning to close deposits/withdrawals/trading. ADZ will be working at our Exchange in a normal mode untill blockchain is available. After stop of blockchain no claim admitted about stuck transactions. Developers will re-activate blockchain one more time after the swap to let people swap leftovers. That is why we are not going to close anything beforehand, you can continue normal operations until the very end. If you missed swap, you will get one more chance to do it later.

ICO End date: 05.12.2016 (08:00 London time)

    Max. supply: 1 billion coins
    Premine: 1% of max supply
    Algorithm: X11
Coin type: POW / POS hybrid
    POS interest: 20% per annum
    Official website: edollar.online
    Official thread: cryptocointalk.com
    Block explorer: dollar.explorer

    Quote
You'll be able to withdraw DLR coins in 5 days after ICO ends. No additional fees are applied for ICO orders. You'll be charged for 0.2% only, this is our regular trading fee.

We, as the Cryptocurrency Exchange, commit to burn the part of premine that was not sold out, otherwise the customers will receive a refund according to developer’s will. After not sold-out rest of coins is eliminated we commit to provide confirmation in public.

During ICO you can only buy DLR, you can not sell it. You'll be able to sell DLR only after ICO. Trading conditions and fees for DLR/BTC pair will be the same as for all other pairs at our Exchange.

Developer will be able to withdraw 30% of funds collected for ICO in 5 workdays after successful ICO closure. The rest of 70% he will get in 30 calendar days more. This is the least step we can provide for the investors’ protection. The Exchange is not responsible for developers’ trustworthiness and does not guarantee further development of the project to investors. The only protection the Exchange can provide for investors is a 35-day-long hold of funds for project’s developers.

    ATX NEWS

    Quote
Dear clients, due to a large number of questions about lost ATX transactions, we decided to publish an explanation.
If your transaction is lost and can not get into our Exchange, as also can not be found in the official blockchain, most likely, you sent it from the old wallet which is not valid now. This happens because of this pool ypool.ga/atx which has not updated its ATX wallet. This explanation is given by ATX developer. He asks everyone to help him to evoke a response from that pool.

    UPD
    26/11/2016

Since there are a lot of questions about ATX, we decided to post one more open explanation. We don't know why other Exchanges are on another block height. We work only with official developer and do what he asks us to do. Our block height corresponds with official block explorer, so we are not going to change anything without developer's request.

    News for coin developers!

Published recently our rules to get coins listed, as well rules for ICO and coin swap. Please find details following this link: https://www.livecoin.net/en/coin-listing

If you own, develop or officially represent a coin, you may implement your coin to our Exchange by two ways. The coins implemented by the first way are in priority.

1.If your coin is based on bitcoin, implementation will cost 2 BTC. If your coin is based on any other technology, implementation will cost 2.5 BTC. You are to address support stuff and apply to implement a coin. Please provide the information about your coin listed below right away.

2.The second way. Address our support and ask to add your coin to the vote section https://www.livecoin.net/voting/. It is free and there is no need in any data of the coin except for its name and trading symbol. After that you may ask your community to vote for your project or give paid votes by yourself (for more details see the vote section). Paid votes are not limited. The first coin in the voting list is taken under consideration to implement. The coin is implemented if it is technically available and a number of following conditions are met.

    Conditions:

    Quote
Provide the following data for your coin when applying for implementation.
    • Link to official git of your node.
Link to thread at bitcointalk or any similar forum or the link to your own forum, and the link to official site of coin as well.
Link to blockchain that must operate thoroughly.
Make sure your git contents technical guide requisite for node compilation and setting.

    Information about conducting of: https://www.livecoin.net/en/ico

    Swap

    Quote
If you are an owner, developer or official representative of a coin and you need to exchange all the coins of the network into new release for some reason, you can request this service at our's.

If your coin is already listed at our Exchange, this service is free. Otherwise this service will cost 2 BTC per coin for coins based on bitcoin and 2.5 BTC for coins based on other technologies. These sums are charged for coin implementation to our Exchange, and exchanging old coins into new ones is free.

You guys seem to be very active on the forums as well as social media , I appreciate that but I also wanted to know why would you guys get paid to involve new coins , isn’t that normally a free feature , you wouldn’t charge litecoin would you? Why would you charge newer ones? I think that might be a different approach than usually what other exchanges do. Maybe this might work better? Maybe not . We will see.

    https://www.livecoin.net/en/news/view/268
    Quote
Dear clients, please note that new minimum order size is applied for all trading pairs now. Its size is 0.0001 BTC.
For pairs without BTC (ETH/RUR, EUR/USD etc) minimum order size is the same (0.0001 BTC), it is counted according to actual price of ETH/BTC for example in case of ETH/RUR. So you don't need to remember different values now, because 0.0001 BTC is the one value of minimum order size for all trading pairs.
These changes are applied to API too.

    SCN NEWS!
    https://www.livecoin.net/en/news/view/287
    Quote
Dear clients, SCN swap will happen tomorrow.
New coin will be listed - Master Swisscoin (MSCN), it will replace SCN. We'll stop Exchange for some time tomorrow and cancel all opened orders. Funds from opened orders will be credited back to your accounts. You can freely trade till the last second and do not worry about anything, no any actions are required from you, we'll do all by ourselves. Then we will process swap of SCN coins to MSCN with 140:1 ratio. This means that you will get 1 MSCN coin in exchange for 140 SCN coins. The rules were set by developers.
After the swap, SCN trading pairs and SCN coin itself will vanish.
New trading pairs with MSCN will be listed: MSCN/BTC, MSCN/USD, MSCN/EUR, MSCN/RUR, MSCN/ETH
All withdrawals of SCN has been canceled and credited back to the clients. You'll be able to withdraw new coins MSCN into a new network. We'll be testing new network for 1-2 days after the swap and then open deposits/withdrawals. All frozen incoming transactions (deposits of SCN) will be processed by us manually. If your transaction has over 3500 confirms, it will be credited and converted into the MSCN according 140:1 ratio. All the rest of transactions will not be credited, this is the decision of developers.
When swap will be done, we will notify additionally.

    MSCN NEWS!

    Quote
Dear clients, please don't trade MSCN till the official opening. We're on testing now. If you have already made some trades, nothing bad will happen. We will announce when trading will be available and we finish checking of balances and "in orders" amounts.
The delay is related to "in orders" amounts of SCN, we need to synchronize it with MSCN according 140:1 ratio, this takes time.

It said withdrawal fee is free except network fee of 50000 satoshi. So I withdraw and it still hasn't been confirmed since yesterday. Further research shows that livecoin only paid 9040 satoshi on network fee. But it deducted 50000 satoshi from my account. Is this intentional?

Do you plan on adding some of the alt coins that other can not seem to get on theirs such as XRB (mrai) or INSANE? Those are the ones I would really like to see available on the exchange that i would be depositing my alt coins on.

    SOARCOIN NEWS

    Quote
Dear clients, we have done handling an issue with SOAR and it is working properly. No additional actions are required from you to work with SOAR on our Exchange.

But we would like to announce additional news for holders of Soarcoins who use Ethereum wallets. This is a developer's recommendation about how to deal with SOAR contract. Please find original text below:

    Change of Contract address!

Hi there. As of now, Soarcoin's contract has been updated, but unfortunately, ALL token holders will need to update to the new token address as well. The new contract address will be : 0x5eF5309d2864bB25EcAbE351f4a247656411f066

All tokens will remain with respective token holders, and for token holders who have their Soarcoins in the exchanges in Livecoin and C-CEX, we will come to a solution as soon as possible. Contract details will be the same, and I hope all contract holders can see this and do the following updates. More details below:

For token holders that wish to transfer your Soar tokens to Mist or Myetherwallet. The details to add Soarcoin Token will be below

    Name of Token: Soarcoin
    Contract address : 0x5eF5309d2864bB25EcAbE351f4a247656411f066
    Decimals : 6

You might want to edit where appropriate

You guys seem to be very active on the forums as well as social media , I appreciate that but I also wanted to know why would you guys get paid to involve new coins , isn’t that normally a free feature , you wouldn’t charge litecoin would you? Why would you charge newer ones? I think that might be a different approach than usually what other exchanges do. Maybe this might work better? Maybe not . We will see.

    CHANGE OF BTC WITHDRAWAL FEE
    https://www.livecoin.net/news/view/363?lang=en
    Quote
Dear clients, due to numerous amount of requests to increase fee for outcoming BTC transactions to avoid long confirmation time, we compelled to set withdrawal fee for BTC transactions at 0.001 BTC. The aggregate size of BTC transactions waiting to be confirmed is reached its climax, hence recommended (by network) fee is increased too. So, according to your requests and BTC network recommendations we increased withdrawal fee. From now on your transactions must be comfirmed quite fast.

Unfortunatelly we can't set fixed fee per transaction in a new version of BTC node, we can only set price per byte. We want to answer in advance for the questions like that one - "Why you charged me for 0.001 BTC, while actually have paid for my transaction only 0.0006 BTC according to blockchain?". This happens when your transaction's weight is low and node uses less fee accordingly. And viceversa, when transaction's weight is high, node uses fee higher then 0.001 BTC. We apply an average fee for clients, because there is no technical capability to count fee for each transaction separately and we can't apply different fee for each transaction.

We're working on feature which will allow to decrease fee for outcoming BTC transactions without loosing in speed. But implementation process will take several weeks. Thanks for patience and understanding.

But I think the issue on my end and not with Livecoin.net. Was able to withdraw then and got my bitcoin with just a few confirmation. Livecoin.net for me is so easy to used and even newbie in trading can find it very user friendly. I already withdraw all my funds from livecoin but I will definitely continue to used it if I want to trade gain.

Hello, I was wondering if you can help with a blocked account?

I reset my phone, which I didn't realize erased my 2FA codes. I contacted your site for support and they said they'd remove the 2FA but my account would be locked for 10 days. That was over 10 days ago and now when I try to log in it says 'User Blocked.'

I'd really appreciate any help you can provide.

Dear clients, deposits/withdrawals will be available soon. You don't have to worry, all of your FST funds are in safe. The root of issue with FST lays in scam transaction which was send from Cryptopia to Livecoin. This transaction have positive confirmations and no block hash, what is impossible. That is why we decided that FST blockchain have some issues, but later on the developers explained us that block explorer used as official on Coinmarketcap (fst.blockexp.info) is not an official one and displays a lot of incorrect data.
So, we're waiting a link to official block explorer. We also waiting when the developers will contact Cryptopia regarding this scam transaction and let us know how Cryptopia managed to send this transaction into FST network.

Request a reset of the PIN code to the support team : https://www.livecoin.net/en/chat/support

I see there are lots of wallets that have maintenance. Some altcoin should run normally on other exchanges. This can be a consideration and I might like to receive feedback on this matter. I try to continue using Livecoin as one of the primary exhange I use. So the response will be very much awaited and I hope there is the best answer on this subject.

What coin is that and how much it worth in btc? but no matter how much it worth, you can start asking them on their official ANN THREAD (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1151791.0) If you still get no answers after several days then you can create a scam accusation thread.
I have never got any problems with them so far but indeed I'm very rare to use them for trading purpose.

Its this thyp of business practice make me know that you guys are scamming people.  Yhea I guess the 72 dollars you took from me was my fault i didnt know there was a difference in the way nem wallets send coins especially when you want it to include the message the only way i knedw to send it was in the mosiac, who uses nem not me except when i had to talke payment in then to add insult to injury I send it to your exchange the way i though it was supposted to go  go'll well that was to for 2 but then to sure I felt the painm you guy doint even answer your tickets for like 6 days, im sure with all the wallets your picking by saying the transactions are invalid or cant or wont be process are able just to blow thopse peoples money with out a care  but alot of people cant. and weather I can or not it doesnnt matter Its 72 dollars lesson learned never use you exchanege cause you dont care about your customers or the money the customer entrusts you with, But ythats fine because i will get my moneyu back x3  by making sure every where livecoin is anounced i will make sure everyone knows the truth for at least 216 dollars s worth of my time and since i live where there is a low minimum wage thats allot of hours. you vcan ban me from live coin if you wish ill never use it again as long as your practice of keep peoples money is the way u profit.
But I do hope that you have a great rest of this year and that its the last of livecoin which actualy nmakjes me kind of sad to say since I like you when you first started.

Anyone knows how long it takes for a failed pending transaction to be rectified on LiveCoin?

Have contacted support and they said it's a manual process, but can't give an ETA on when the coins will be available back in my wallet again?

Please do not worry, soon will conduct your transaction. It will take some time.
Unfortunately I can not say the exact time, because it depends on many factors.

I think I'd never set up any pin code to my livecoin account. And now I my withdrawal is locked because I try to withdraw and can't remember the pin code. I really think I never created a single pin code to login in livecoin. How can lost it if I have created it self? It's only 4 digits that easy to remember.

And the more bad thing come

Damn, I cannot remember I made a 4 digit PIN too. I got some Litecoins and Polybius tokens there which I will hold for long term. That recovery option is too expensive IMO.

Hi everybody here and livecoin support team.

I am a client of livecoin.net since a couple of weeks. Since Tuesday this week i have no more access to my livecoin account because of IP Blocking. My router got a new public IP address, because on Monday the router had switched off for a short time. The new IP address is not registered with Livecoin yet. So access to my livecoin account was rejected. On Tuesday morning, I wrote an email to help@livecoin.net. I have no answer so far. I don't know if I can still get an answer... Below the text of my email to Livecoin. Can you help, please? Thanks a lot for advance.

    My Email from Tuesday 28th:
"Hello. I am a customer of this e-mail address at Livecoin. My account is blocked by Livecoin because of my IP that  changed this night. My internet provider changes the IP address regularly for security reasons. I have money and BTC on Livecoin and need access again today. Can you give me access to my account and can you please cancel the ip restiktionen of my account generally? Many thanks for helping meRegards.Jens Adler"
