Is this really all the information on decorum?

Nothing proposed warrants an 'investment' into this project.  Decentralized forums already exist - here's just one example (http://retroshare.sourceforge.net/) (pulled the fifth result on google). 

One purpose of the crowdsale was to 'fund development of the Decorum protocol'......does this mean the Decorum devs just need a huge bag of BTC to think up a set of rules (which is what a protocol is)?

1. If the core protocol consists of a set of rules, where are they? 

2. For example......ie. 'we have no idea where we're going with this'

3. 'Predicting where a message reply might end up' does NOT mean 'all apps and websites will be compatible with a different app or website'

One last thing for now - these 'Clike tokens' don't really attempt to hide the fact that their only use is for pumping and dumping...

If you sent from blockchain.info wallet you need to download the private key. The bitcoin address and private key associated with that account holds your coins. You then import the private key to omniwallet.

Why is the price below ICO? Is it because the mothership MAID is tanking?  ;D

Its because some people were really anxious to make a quick buck and get the token listen on an exchange, and then once that happened, they all rushed in and sold.  I have very little of this coin, but I will wait a few months and hopefully make some sweet sweet btc :)

"As some may have read in my posts on the forums lately, I have been customizing safe_launcher and safe_core. I was impatient to get to work, and figured I could try expanding the API myself. I'm glad to share that that actually turned out pretty well, so I now have my own implementation of a basic StructuredData API!

I've started working on a new experimental version of Project Decorum. This time not in native Javascript (like the Proof of Concept), but using React + Redux. This is a new architecture for me (I have a C++ background, not web development), so progress is a bit slower at first, but in the end development should become a lot faster. In that regard it's a bit like MaidSafe's switch from C++ to Rust.

Now MaidSafe has a low level API RFC in progress, so there's a chance they'll release that before the first version of this experimental is ready for release. If that happens, I should be able to switch to their API in a short time frame. If that doesn't happen, I'll release the source + binaries of the customised Launcher and a slightly adjusted Vault. This will allow us to create a community network specifically tailored to test and develop Project Decorum. I'll also rent a number of droplets from Digital Ocean to host an initial number of stable vaults.

In addition, the vault and launcher code will be adjusted to allow for larger amounts of PUTs, but will at the same time sport a lower file size limit. This way the network will hopefully be stable but at the same time allow users to message, share, endorse, etc. without having to worry about the PUT limit.

When the official test nets get to a state where there's no real benefit to running our own, we'll disband it and the droplet vaults will join those networks instead. This should bolster the capacity and stability of those networks, which is beneficial to everyone.

I hope you guys can forgive me the lack of the promised blog post. I've been and still am busy coding to get this thing out of the door as soon as possible, which is to me far more important than a blog post. It's going to have cooler features than you'll expect!

There's a lot of info on the safenetforum as this is a project build to be on top of The SAFE Network (by MaidSafe).

If you follow the Maidsafe topic here on bct you might be familiar with the fact that we're all waiting for the next test_network to arrive. This one will bring us Mutable Data which is data that can be changed afterwards. So think of it as owning address: "VGhjgfHJuiILGHLghjughjughJGHJG" on The SAFE Network and storing a reply to a blog in it. If you spot a typo you can simply updated your reply and fix it.

That same technique is what Decorum is waiting for (Mutable Data API). Seneca isn't about hyping/posting that much. He's just working on his idea. Here's his last reply in the Decorum topic:

From my understanding, more development awaits the release of MutableData on SAFE which will be the engine behind dynamic SAFE (web)apps.

Also price-wise now is probably a good time. Unless there's more bad China news it will go up soon. Before the CHina FUD it spiked significantly up and the general upward trend since August is still intact.
With the new MAIDSAFE ALpha coming up it will probably get more attention and the working PoC will help.

You need to be a forum member to join that network. Safecoin isn't implemented yet so anyone could otherwise make a huge number of accounts (like we've seen before) to try to crash the network. There is no update from PDC whatsoever but there is a troll account trying to pump the price making claims about a release:

The PDC protocol runs on top of the SAFE Network so they will probably release it on Alpha 2 in the coming days/weeks. Nobody knows as this is software development  :D.

In the process of selling all my PDC. So far that's taken 20 minutes and all of my coins still are not sold.  Why? Gotta have buyers. People trade/invest to earn gains.  Tech is important; gains hit home. Finally some good news, I've been holding $PDC since the ICO. One of the longest projects I've ever had to wait for to launch. Is Project Decorum's launch still contingent on the MaidSafe launch?

Decorum runs on the SAFE network. So al sub-layers under Decorum are SAFE's technology. MaidSafe has around 20 devs working for them now, and they're currently working on "Routing". As you can imagine that module needs to be very secure to support a protocol like Decorum. What happens when a huge internet-error disconnects half of all the users? What if the whole internet would be down for 2 days?? So MaidSafe is working on that while external projects like Decorum are working on layers on top of it. The good news is that when SAFE finally goes into beta it will already have some very cool dApps. It does take time though.  

Would love to see a Video walkthrough of the wallet.

As you know All Omni projects get delist from Bittrex (Maid, Agrs, ...) because of US regulators.
The dev does not like hype. The major holdup if  the release of Maidsafe

i have a few PDC as well. damn bittrex keeps delisting coins left and right. so do we just have to send the PDC to the OMNI wallet address or de we have to do something first like creane an address for PDC? thanks in advance

If there is any team, they should have someone post in here and not have to track them down.  That's called public relations.  Basically, my small investment (minimum purchase at Bittrex) is going to vanish if there is no wallet or nowhere to transfer the amount.  It's not the money so much as losing any real vision in crypto which I'm against.  It's hard to tell to what degree Maidsafe is competent or smoke and mirrors.  Not communicating in something like this is a bad sign. 

Essentially, a wallet for this coin was never built?  No other exchanges?
