Their support is really slow, it can take them several weeks to answer a ticket, so don't give up (yet).

Other ways of contacting them:
-support ticket
-trollbox
-twitter
-PM on bitcointalk

Apparently, a PM on bitcointalk seems to be the fastest way to get support ;)

Try to wait more time brother. Maybe they are also busy in answering all questions of other complainants. Like what you've said, your not the only one who are experiencing that problem. And maybe they're also send pm to the devs. So keep waiting. If they will not answer, we cant do anything.

Unless you clarify how you lost money, you've still not explained anything. A gambler could get angry at a casino for losing all his money, doesn't mean it was the casino's fault. The only time I have used Yobit is for the signature campaign, but it seems very professional and well coded.

I did not lose because of gambling but I have to make a deposit tx a392692ef6b02d295f9b04c150b4d04c5142ff2daba585339fbd22e2b8fb3e6c
and they did not answer me for a week , and now they banned my account .

So, if i understand correctly, you made a deposit with tx id a392692ef6b02d295f9b04c150b4d04c5142ff2daba585339fbd22e2b8fb3e6c and it did not show up in your account?

However, blockchain.info doesn't know about this transaction: https://blockchain.info/search?search=a392692ef6b02d295f9b04c150b4d04c5142ff2daba585339fbd22e2b8fb3e6c
Or was it an altcoin?

I need a bit more info to get to the bottom of this

OK, so now we have a clear picture:
you deposited ~650.000 XVG to your wallet on yobit with this transaction:
https://www.blockexperts.com/xvg/tx/a392692ef6b02d295f9b04c150b4d04c5142ff2daba585339fbd22e2b8fb3e6c

the wallet was online at the time of the deposit

After ~24h, they took the wallet offline, but didn't credit your account

You sent them a ticket and a PM, and instead of answering you they banned you.

Just a couple more things:
  • is this correct, or did i made a mistake
  • are you 100% sure that you're banned from yobit? So you cannot login and make a screenhost of your XVG deposit wallet in order to prove that you sent the XVG to the correct wallet
  • Can you give us the timing (when did this happen, when did you contact support, when did you send a PM)

Was a identical thread on the same issue last night, could have just replied there to reflect the issue stronger, unless that is also your thread as well.
Either way containment would make the issue easier to deal with.

So them sending you some pennies for shitposting on the forum and the website looks nice carries more weight than people saying that there are withdrawal/other issues with the site?

When will you idiots stop giving these exchanges/companies the benefit of the doubt?

They've been super reliable with me, and I'm surprised to hear of problems like this.  Hopefully yours gets resolved.  Yes I'm in their campaign, but I'm not going out of my way to pump up their image or anything.  I've traded with them and everything has always worked out.  They freeze the sig campaign withdrawals pretty much every week, but they always pay.  I'm hoping this doesn't go the way of Cryptsy.

Well its more likely than not that Yobits XVG wallet is on the wrong fork since the most recent wallet update.

Once they get around to updating the XVG client to the latest version your coins will show up.  Who knows how long it will take them to do that though but your coins will show up only when that is done.  That is why the wallet status is in maintenance, they are on the old wallet which is the wrong fork.
